However, purchasing through BestBuy.com was a breeze and I would do it again. I was able to set up my trade in online and pickup my phone within an hour.

I do like the phone, but Best Buy screwed up according to AT&T. The guy was not educated in the process of dealing with AT&T and made it so I lost my phone number I’ve had for 15+ years! Do you know how hard it is to change your phone number in EVERYTHING in your life? I recommend the phone, but not at Beat Buy.
