Very disappointed with this years iphone. I feel like I downgraded from my iphone 11 pro. Iphone still gets hot at times and can become laggy. There is also an image burn.

There does not seem to be much difference from my 15 to the old 12 Pro I traded in for this. Probably should have waited for the 16.

The Apple iPhone 15 Pro was purchased for my Niece by my Dad. So far I think my niece loves it.

Same performance than the previous Iphone but the battery drain too fast and the cell phone extremely hot !!! I was planning to returned but aple os working in a software update to fox ot, ill wait a couple of day to see if it improve

I was sold the phone and transferred to my Verizon account so the our checking the storage. Then I was told to wait a few days before ordering another one because they don’t have it in store and then come back and return. I just got the new phone in the mail the evening before the return date expires. We had a winter storm and we were unable to make it (over an hour drive) to return. I called the Mankato store and they told me that’s too bad. Sucky customer service! Have bought all our phones from Best Buy, not anymore! Very disappointed! Now I have a new iPhone that I can’t return!

The super camera is terrible. Doesn't scan bar codes unless you want to try for 5 minutes. Average shots very grainy on zoom.

This phone lags and is slower than my old iPhone 7!

I upgraded my phone and this thing got hacked literally a week later. Makes me mad…

My 3 star review is based on the Law of Diminishing Returns. I upgraded for the $1k credit, and jumping from a 13 to a 15 Pro I thought it would feel better and faster but the incremental improvement is barely noticeable. Always On drains the battery too quickly so I disabled it, and I haven’t found the Dynamic Island to be too useful. USB-C is nice, but my AirPods and iPad are still lightning so I’m not getting away from that anytime soon. The 48MP camera is the only true improvement over previous models but if you don’t take a ton of pictures it probably won’t matter much. It’s still a quality iPhone like all Apple products, but unless you have an SE, 12, or older don’t expect to be wowed.

The speaker sound is much better. The battery life is much longer. Camera is awesome. I can't complain. I am so happy that I upgraded iphone Pro..

Big upgrade coming from a 12 mini. Plus same battery life as the 15 with a ton more performance

It has been almost 10 years since I have had a iPhone and I must say I am very impressed! I have a dry skin concealer so finger print unlock was not my best friend but I love the Face ID. Honestly I only switched because the charging is not type C and that does make me happy because I didn’t have to change anything. Very pleased of this transition.

This phone is worth it! Usually I’m not one to upgrade my iPhone because I don’t feel that they are much different but I truly see the camera is much better than any of the older versions! I do hair so I use my camera for after pictures daily and these pictures come out crystal clear!

My new phone works great! It takes wonderful photos, too. The clerk who helped us at the store set everything up and explained things to me so I wouldn't get frustrated.

This Item is excellent as now, I have for couple weeks.

The phone is fine but I will never switch carriers and purchase a phone from Best Buy again. The salesperson did not know what they were doing. It took days and multiple calls to Verizon and AT&T to get all the data transferred and when I we were ready to send our trade ins to Verizon, we found out that it was never listed as trade ins so we had to start all over wi the both companies and almost missed the deadline to get the trade in special. I miss the old days when the salespeople had the proper training.

Excellent phone coming from iphone 10s was significantly faster in every way
