He did a really nice job of showing me the best options for purchasing my phone and deciding on a new plan with Verizon. We have been long time customers of Verizon and this experience was much better than when I tried getting information at the Verizon store multiple times. Thank you!!

Help when I needed it most

They help me out when I need it most. There was one instance where I bought the new iPhone 15 Pro and they got my color switched up. It took a while to inactivate the wrong phone and activate the right one, but the service was stellar. The manager helped me out and I left happy. They even chipped in free replacement screen protectors for the hassle. Any time I need something techy, I’m going to Best Buy.

My previous phone broke so it was nice having an upgrade but it really felt like having the same phone nothing major was different.

Fragile, but usbc

This device has already cracked once (no drops) so its not as durable as previous models. I have total tech so repairs are cheap and easy which makes the fragileness not a huge deal.

Maybe new camera but I don't take pictures. It works like an iphone should, classic OS. Works great, I'll be going back to an android in a year before getting the iphone 17 a year after.

Trade in scam

Purchased under a best buy/verizon scam. The promo said trade in any iphone, any condition and get $1000 toward the 15 when you pre-order it. 4 months and several conversations with verizon later, still no device credit.
