    My iPhone 11pro was a better phone . This thing freezes on certain apps .The screen also gets frozen often. A complete shut down brings it back to normal . Still frustrating . I will be upgrading soon.

    Since it’s new, setting up cell service was a nightmare. Also, only had the charging cable and no way to charge it if you were not at home. Should at least have said you should buy a charging cable plug-in. Rest of the phone is to be determined.

    I haven't had it long so I will give it a 4 for now. It takes a little getting used to, since Apple made changes with the connection. Also, they reversed the speaker and mute button. I really do like the new phone a lot.
