THE BEST PHONE ON THE MARKET! Nothing even compares, it is a beast at every task you can throw at it and the camera is phenomenal. Would never buy anything not Apple.

I had an iPhone 12 Pro Max prior to upgrading and the camera quality alone was worth the upgrade for me since I take so many pictures with my phone. If you had an iPhone 14 I dont really think the differences would matter all that much.

It is still as good as when it first came out, definitely worth the buy!

I love it. It’s not that much different from my iPhone 12 Pro Max but I do like it. I like that it’s not as heavy but easy to take care of it at the Best Buy.

My review is more about the people that helped me purchase these items .Kaani and Devin were truly the “best” Best Buy employees … they were so helpful … friendly … professional … and most important knowledgeable… I know very little about tech items and they explained everything in terms I could understand .. they took as much time as I needed … got me a appointment with the geek squad … I can’t say enough about how fabulous these two were … please do whatever Best Buy does for exceptional employees … they were the best …. Easy to transfer everything from my old Iphone 12 pro max to this one on my own. Never got hot like everyone said it did. Love it so far. Haven't had any issues.

Awesome phone, love it, hadn't upgraded in 3 years, super glad best buy could deliver in such quick timing too! everywhere else had a longer wait period, love the new device, definitely recommend if you haven't upgraded in a bit

My new iPhone 15 ProMax is really really nice, gives me more freedom, options and all I need to work fast and safe. The larger screen it’s super nice and the price difference was not much at all.

Coming back from an Android phone, this one is much less clunky feeling in my hands than the S23 Ultra was. Display is the best I've ever seen on any iPhone and I pretty much picked up where I left off two years prior.

I was happy with my 12 Pro Max, but the upgrade offer was to good to pass by. I see that the phones continue to improve with each model and I like the camera better that the 12's.

Love the new features, love the new ios, haven’t had it long enough to have thoughts on the durability issues but I’ve loved it so far. Battery life is insane.

Over all good, moving from Android to IOS I didn’t feel heat yet might be software updates might have fixed this issue or it’s winter in my location. Tried few games the performance was good.

I upgraded from the 13 pro max and did not think I would notice much of an upgrade but I was wrong. I’ve been blown away how fast this phone is and its power. I am very happy that I decided to upgrade!
