THE BEST PHONE ON THE MARKET! Nothing even compares, it is a beast at every task you can throw at it and the camera is phenomenal. Would never buy anything not Apple.

Easy to transfer everything from my old Iphone 12 pro max to this one on my own. Never got hot like everyone said it did. Love it so far. Haven't had any issues.

Coming back from an Android phone, this one is much less clunky feeling in my hands than the S23 Ultra was. Display is the best I've ever seen on any iPhone and I pretty much picked up where I left off two years prior.

My new iPhone 15 ProMax is really really nice, gives me more freedom, options and all I need to work fast and safe. The larger screen it’s super nice and the price difference was not much at all.

I love it. It’s not that much different from my iPhone 12 Pro Max but I do like it. I like that it’s not as heavy but easy to take care of it at the Best Buy.

I was happy with my 12 Pro Max, but the upgrade offer was to good to pass by. I see that the phones continue to improve with each model and I like the camera better that the 12's.

My review is more about the people that helped me purchase these items .Kaani and Devin were truly the “best” Best Buy employees … they were so helpful … friendly … professional … and most important knowledgeable… I know very little about tech items and they explained everything in terms I could understand .. they took as much time as I needed … got me a appointment with the geek squad … I can’t say enough about how fabulous these two were … please do whatever Best Buy does for exceptional employees … they were the best …. I upgraded from the 13 pro max and did not think I would notice much of an upgrade but I was wrong. I’ve been blown away how fast this phone is and its power. I am very happy that I decided to upgrade!

Over all good, moving from Android to IOS I didn’t feel heat yet might be software updates might have fixed this issue or it’s winter in my location. Tried few games the performance was good.

My son is a traveling welder and broke his iPhone on while traveling. He went to the closest Best Buy and of course they took great care of him and he LOVES his 15 Max.

I love iPhone and the way it works smoothly thanks to iOS improvements. As always, I’m excited with the newest iPhone and I’m really amazed with the quality in materials and the main camera.

Great phone. I was very impressed with Best Buy’s pick up time. It arrived several days before it was estimated and was the shortest availability amongst other retailers.

Did have to wait about 10 mins for some help and then maybe another 5-10 mins because they had trouble looking for a at&t iphone but finally got done and im in loveee with my phone!
