I am very please with my experience buying my phone from Best Buy. This is the first time I purchased my phone somewhere other than at at&t. There was not a long wait and I was in and out of the store within 30 minutes. I was able to the get the phone in the size and color I wanted and just had to drop my old phone off at at&t for my trade in amount. I would definitely recommend Best Buy for your cell phone purchase if needed.

The iphone 15 pro max is a well made phone with features that rival previous models from a fast processor to beautiful graphics of the screen hands down i love my iphone 15 pro max

Great phone! No major issues, it is my first Pro or Max version after at least 10 years of iPhones. At first it felt huge but I love the bigger screen!

I just love this phone. honestly haven't had any issues with it. I upgrade from iPhone X and the size screen and the image quality I now get for photos and video is amazing.

Did have to wait about 10 mins for some help and then maybe another 5-10 mins because they had trouble looking for a at&t iphone but finally got done and im in loveee with my phone!

I bought the iPhone 15 pro max. It is an awesome phone and compared to the 12 pro max I had it’s a different world. Highly recommend it for people who take pictures or play games.

I don’t care what you’ve heard from reviewers online, this phone is absolute trash. There’s really no better way to put it. My iPhone 12 Pro Max lasted a long time and never fail, was great for gaming, and the battery only towards the end of its life started to dwindle. This phone, however overheats, does not gain well for a premium phone that brags about its graphics, and essentially is a dud phone that Apple wants you to forget about. Don’t make the mistake two years later and buy this phone because it’s discounted, because I wouldn’t even buy this phone on discount. It’s an awful iPhone. End of story there’s plenty of great newer models, including the one I have now 17 Pro Max, and great models previous to the 15 Pro Max just skip this generation no matter what kind of deal you get this phone is not worth it.

It’s a top tier phone so it’s fine since my last one was a 12 Pro Max, I noticed a few improvements like the camera, the port and the screen, but the design has been stuck for several years. There is a ton of other phones with several features that I would like to have in a 12 hundred smartphone. No breakthrough features.
