Except for a little battery drain issue with the IOS that came pre installed, the phones been great. The battery drain issue has been resolved (I hope!)

Im a samsung guy, had all Samsung phones. But this iphone pro max 15 is great as well, seems like when it comes to zooming all the way it has better stability than the samsung. And smoother interactions when it comes to certain features. Its smoother when it comes to texting. Wish they work on the contacts feature and calling. Too many butt dialing. Would be the only reason i dont give it a 5 star

Great experience and really enjoying the iPhone 15 pro max. The one issue but was repaired with the recent software update was the heating up of the phone.

Amazing phone and amazing service. I was waiting for the phone from a long time for which I pre-order it from best buy so that I can get the phone on the releasing date only which I get it. Amazing service they help me to put the screen cover as well as transfer everything from my old phone.

Normally I would say this is just another iPhone but it’s a huge update to the 12 I had. I really enjoy the always on display that when turned sideways will display the clock and calendar when not being used. So many new features I’m glad I upgraded. And the trade in made it a sweet deal.

Save you money its okay but there is not much of a difference besides the batterylife besides that there is no difference.

Salesperson knowledgeable, took time to listen to me and proceeded to follow through with a couple of options which woul be in accordance with my needs & wants!! Answered questions thourougy & clearly.

I was sent to Best Buy because the phone store didn’t have the iPhone 15 in stock. The worker worked with me for a good minute having to get it all transferred. There was a problem with the phone at first but he was able to figure it out!

only thing I didn’t like they gave you a cord but no charging cube and the charging cord does not have USB on the end so you had to buy a charging block when you spend that kind of money for a phone you think he would get it with something to charge it with

I got the 15 Pro Max in blue titanium 256GB, and so far it’s been a good experience. I know blue titanium is a finger print magnet, but I’m a sucker for blue, ha! It is a beautiful looking phone, only con so far is just how far the camera lenses stick out. Highly Recommend!

iPhones are always a great product and support my daily necessities with their superior functionality. I used other types of devices over the years and these exceed them all.

The iphone 15 Pro Max thus far is performing well and should be a decent upgrade to the iphone 13 Pro Max that was my previous phone. The battery life seems to be better so far and the buttons are a bit better. the programmable "silence" button is a nice addition.
