I absolutely love this new phone! Obviously it’s like any other iPhone, but it’s nice and the titanium aspect is even better.

I really like the design of the iPhone 15promax, especially it is made from Titanium to increase the durability and hardness of the iPhone.

Best iphone yet, camera is incredible! Go ahead and make the update, Way better experience going through Best Buy instead of Verizon.

The phone is fine. It's the same phone you can get in a thousand places. It's about the service. Nashwa helped me through the entire process - even staying after her shift ended , ensuring the data transfer was flawless. And it was. She even showed me a few things about how to use folders and settings on the phone that were unrelated to the transfer. Give her some recognition. She deserves it.

Typical iPhone. Nothing major changed. Not sure it was worth the upgrade but I did anyway.

My first ever personal Iphone and transitioning from an android is easier than I'd thought. Very user friendly.

We stopped by our Avon store to look into switching our phone carrier and also upgrading each of our five phones. Tyler was wonderful, all while explaining everything in detail and handling the stressful and long activation process. I can't thank the entire Bestbuy staff enough for everything they've done and contiune to do to get us up and running. We will always purchase our plans and devices from a carrier at Bestbuy. Such a better experience than being in one of the carriers stores.

When I received the package, the seal to the iPhone box was already ripped completely off on one side. Other than that, phone looks and feels great and lighter in weight. I can definitely see some changes compared to the iPhone 12 Pro Max.

Phone is heavy and on quick charge the case gets hot. The video is outstanding as are the photos. Accessory’s are more difficult to find in stores than iPhone 14 product's.

Traded on a 12 ProMax Gold for it, Phone is my son, he worked & saved up to buy, he loves it. It's very liite lightweight
