I unwillingly upgraded my 2+ year old iphone 12 pro max after a fateful night involving spilled del taco hotsauce. The sauce went into the earpiece of my phone and made phonecalls impossible. After driving to best buy i unwillingly upgraded my phone to the 15 pro max, and all i can say is thank you del taco. What an upgrade this phone is. The weight reduction is very noticable, the build is fantastic as always, processor is faster than a ferrari, and the camera is just amazing. New features like the dynamic island, customizable action button and usb-c make this phone even more versatile. Simply an incredible device. If only it was available in deep purple like the 14…..

Upgraded after having my last iPhone for 4 years. No regrets. The camera is absolutely amazing. The large screen on the Pro Max is a must. For its size, it is incredibly light. I have very happy with my purchase. Went 2.5 days on a trip with normal used on a single charge!

Great Phone! Super fast and the perfect weight! Not heavy whatsoever!

I upgraded from an iPhone 12 Pro Max, and am not disappointed! This phone is blazing fast, the display is so crisp and smooth-running. As far as the camera, I don’t even know where to start…even the photos taken with the 5x zoom are impressive. The natural titanium is such a handsome color, and I really love the rounded edges and lighter weight. Don’t think I’ll be needing to upgrade for quite some time!

We have come to a point with our technology where improvements are not really needed anymore. Everything is perfect. The screen, battery life, performance, camera quality, and on top of that there are a TON of features that are practical yet fun. The phone itself feels like a peice of machined art like a fine watch. Everything just feels luxurious and perfected. I will also be guaranteed at least 5 years of usage and would not be suprised if i got an additional 3 years out of it.

I always but my phones at Best Buy because they take the time to help you transfer your data, set the screen protectors, and ensure your phone is set. I love the new 15 because it is fast, the battery lasts through a 24 hour shift , and the camera is amazing

I upgraded from the 12 pro max and I am very happy I did. I'm getting great battery life. I usually end the day around 75% of battery still left. My 12 pro max battery drained fast. I experience some of the heating issues when the 15 pro max first released but the updates resolved the issue. This phone is also very comfortable in the hand and the brightness makes for ease of use even in direct sunlight.

I was pleasantly surprised by the refinements on this model. While it may look boringly similar to the previous generations in pictures, the slight updates to the phisical design and materials, really make it feel like a brand new experience. The improvements add up, specially if you come from the 11-13 series. Battery life, feel in the hand, snappiness and camera quality are excellent.

This is a really good upgrade. I had the 13 pro max and i notice a difference, The weight of the phone is quite a difference. The new titanium build and rounder sides and the weight, make it easier to handle. Battery life is about the same as my 13. It was excellent before so i'm happy. Screen brightness is amazing with this too, outside brightness is so much better being twice as bright, I haven't run into any overheating issues yet but the new A17 pro chip is very powerful so imagine its coming from that and can be fixed with updates in the future. I love the phone and have nothing bad to say about it other than maybe apple including a usb-c 3.2 gen cable in the box with the Pro models. If you have a 13 or older i would upgrade.

Love my iPhone 15 pro max! Upgraded from an iPhone 8 Plus that was heavily used. I was nervous about moving to such a newer model, but it was not a problem at all for this not so tech savvy senior citizen! Camera is phenomenal, phone is super fast, screen is crystal clear, and phone in general is very user friendly. So happy to have upgraded!

I preordered this phone and was able to get it pretty close to day 1. It’s a big upgrade from my iPhone 11. Screen is great, promotion feels very smooth, and just having a bigger and brighter screen makes it feel better to use in my opinion. The battery is also great. I usually get through my day and have 30% battery left by the end of the night. The only reason I give this 4/5 is because it does get a little hot while charging. Other than that, it’s a great phone

I love this phone! I like the big screen that means the keyboard is bigger, and the screen is better for watching videos. The battery life is amazing: Apple's rating it at 29 hours isn't an exaggeration. And the camera is amazing: it takes very high quality photos and the 5x optical zoom is great.

Excellent battery life and amazing picture quality. Amazing camera quality and video recording. The 15 Pro Max is the best eay to go because it offers slightly bigger screen size and has amazing picture quality and battery life to enjoy all your streaming needs.

The best iPhone I have ever owned. The pro raw photos are stunning, and also the low light images are very natural and balanced! Battery has been excellent! I really enjoy having USB-C to charge everything now.

Great phone that still supports Apple's latest software and is super fast. Blue titanium is a nice, sleek color/design. Phone is a bit on the heavy side. Only downside is that it is still pricy in 2025.

Upgraded from xs max. Love the phone everything from brightness, the new screen, the new island all of it is amazing. The new a17 chip is extremely fast camera is great!
