Good phone but heavy in hands. USB c is a plus feature

HORRIBLE experience. Bought Iphone here online because they had it sooner than Verizon. What a MISTAKE that was. The Iphone they sent cannot be activated by Verizon. Had two different techs help me out over two hour period. They blamed best buy. Now Im stuck taking it back and fighting them over a restock fee on an incorrect device!

Don’t believe anything they tell you about your trade in with Verizon. It’s a lie. I was quoted $830, turned in a pristine phone, and before I even got home I got an email from Verizon dropping it to $235.00. No one had even looked at the trade in phone yet. It’s all bare and switch and there should be a class action suit against Verizon. They know what they are doing.

Not enough support during purchase at store. Didn’t turn in my old phone to Verzion mobile as directed.

Love the phone, but Best Buy in bridge water falls location didn’t set up my phone correctly, it was suppose to be a trade in so if i would have waited one more day i would have had to pay for my phone in full because the worker didn’t do it correctly. I ended up having to go to an actual Verizon store for help in the end anyways.

When I buy it the box was all beat up and they said it was normal and when I opened the box the phone had a scratch on it and I when the next day to return it and they said I can’t so I’m unhappy cus it have scratches

The iphone 15 pro max that i bought heats up alot while charging.

Worse phone EVER. EVER. when I when to pick up the phone. It was a problem. It wouldn’t up load my inffffo. I was send to apple. No luck. To Verizon. No luck. I end up returning the phone. But to add more insult. I have to pay for a stuckuny fee. For a product that it was damaged or a limón

I explained to your staff that the iPhone was to be used at Portugal. Even they tried to put a portuguese telephone number It was not possible and put a unknown number. The iPhone is useless and will go to your shop in january to exchange or receive what I payed

If I could rate it zero stars I would. Purchased online through best buy.com. No instructions or documentation was given for the iphone 13 pro max.

Although the phone looks much nicer than the old one, the quality of the phone itself is the same as my 13 mini. Disappointing.

I recently bought an iPhone 15 pro max at Best Buy. I am not tech savvy and always need help on new tech stuff. Staff at Best Buy was very helpful in setting up the new phone for me. They helped me to activate the face ID and moved my stuff from my old iPhone 6s to the new phone. Everything went well and I got my new phone working perfectly before I left the store. As far as the new iPhone 15 Pro Max, it indeed lives up to my expectation. The battery can last much longer than my old phone without recharge. There is no overheating problem, but it gets warm when using Magsafe charger. I have not experienced any problems with the new phone so far. Just like all my other Apple produces, it just works!

I upgraded from the 12 Pro Max and it was completely worth it. The two best changes in my opinion is the switch from lightning cable to USB-C and the new 5x telephoto lens. This is also Apples first iPhone to support the 6ghz WIFI band(WIFI 6E). Speeds on the 12 Pro Max were around 300mbps (5ghz). With the 15 Pro Max, speeds were over 2x faster with a download speed of 750mbps (6ghz). Keep in mind you need a WIFI router that has the 6ghz band. The border size has also been reduced so your display looks a little bit larger because of how much surface space the screen takes up. The OLED panel looks absolutely stunning alongside the new 2000 nit peak brightness display. Moral of the story, if you own anything below the iPhone 13, this is worth the upgrade.

This phone looks amazing with the new titanium design and the contoured edges. The camera has some solid improvements such as the new 5x camera and the new night mode features the Photonic Engine which helps improve color and texture for photos. Video features a new ProRes LOG format which allows you to color grade video like a pro. If you have a iPhone 13 or older this is a great time to upgrade!

I love my new iPhone 15 Pro Max. It has great battery life and excellent camera for low light situation. Even if the background is very bright, the picture won't show dark faces on people. Not a single problem since I bought it about a month ago. It is just a great phone and justifies the high price.

Fantastic phone!! I came from Android and I wish I switched sooner! Great camera, battery life, and most of all the ecosystem is 10/10.
