Went from an iPhone 12 Pro to this one and I hate it, the battery over heats so easily even if you're not doing anything. My buddy who works at apple told me they fixed it on the 16.

I ordered two phones and I did not receive them. and When I contacted them and informed that the order had not arrived, they admitted their mistake, which was that the order was placed in the street and they did not even contact me. They returned the order to me again, and while I was waiting for me to get the order, suddenly the order was deleted. After calling them again, they told me. That the first order has been delivered and there mission has ended and they will not bear any responsibility!!! And I have to tell the police to find out who took the order !!! This is a shame on you Best-buy and on the FedEx that you deal with, as they throw people's belongings on the streets without caring or even calling or contact

Little glitchy at times but overall great phone. Not much of a upgrade from the iPhone 14 pro max

I love the iPhone 15 pro max the natural titanium I upgraded from 11 pro max and I’m loving it

Has all the features you can possibly want in a phone

Overall a good phone. Nothing crazy new. Would recommend if you’re due for an upgrade

The camera quality is poor, yielding grainy, fuzzy, low-resolution images. One Apple Support chat, one visit to Best Buy, and three Apple Genius Bar consultations later, I have no resolution other than one Apple tech who agreed that the 15 Pro Max camera is bad. Really bad. I upgraded from my 11 Pro specifically for the 15 Pro Max camera, as I use my phone camera in the field every day to document biodiversity for a citizen science project. The photos taken with the 15 Pro Max are such poor quality, I can't submit most of them. While wishing I had my 11 back, all I know to do is hope that a future software update/patch will resolve the issue. And, although I purchased the recommended accessories, Apple CarPlay is no longer compatible with my 2021 vehicle. (I can get audio but no video, so, for instance, I can't see the Maps navigation screen.) Such a disappointment.

Gets hot whenever I’m watching streams. Gets bad cell reception compared to my previous phone. Camera is a lot worse than my S22 Ultra and seems worse than my iPhone 13 Pro because it doesn’t focus as fast or as good. Not too many issues with usability. Usb-c charging port is nice.

Solid phone, just some software problems that can be fixed.

The phone is beautiful and for the most part working just fine. However when it comes to making calls I get more fails than completed calls

Honestly its better than the samsung zfold and its pretty user friendly.. but this phone has problems.. IF YOU plan on gettiing this phone, you better get the apple protection plan.. just ONE month using this phone my screen went out.. and i have no idea why it was just charging... and im giving it a 2 start out of 5 because i have had NO phone ever in my life go out on me on only a months use...

Great phone, feels the same as the 14 promax I had. Only thing that’s been somewhat annoying is the new “action” button.

The phone’s back, and sides are easily scratched. The previous version was better

Takes some getting use too coming from Samsung its a downgrade really.
