The front camera is horrible i hope apple will fix it.

Bought a iPhone and returned it sealed . The Best Buy rep opened the iPhone to obtain the passcode pin off the phone and I got charged the 45$ restocking fee.Felt I was robbed. I am considering submitting a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Upgraded from a iPhone 13 pro max to a iPhone 15 pro max & the difference is night and day, its an amazing handheld computer woth excellent battery life

This phone stops always when playing music. One of my reasons to purchase a high end phone is high quality. Perhaps I got a lemon! I hope I get every issue resolved. Sometimes my phone fails to call when I place a phone call to my contact list.

Phone was ready for purchase. However staff had no knowledge of Setup and trade in procedures. Had to go to ATT to get phone to work.

Horrible purchase. No help with staff. Went in 5 times for help. 95 % of staff I talked to were new. Don’t know how to help me. I still can’t receive calls in and they won’t let me return it. Don’t buy here

Phone is fine but there’s a problem with the checkout process. It said $1000 trade-in value for my 13 Pro Max but when I try to apply the promo code at AT&T, it says $350. I called 611 & they said the same thing. Bestbuy shouldn’t tell u $1000 if it isn’t true. Something wrong with the system.

I was super happy with the phone but they made me sign up for a new contract wich in return basically caused me to create a whole new identity

Everyone will say, it’s basically the same as the 14. I disagree. I love the fact that it has a USB-C charger. Going between my MacBook, IPad, Iphone and AirPods is super convenient, not to mention so much more cost effective. The camera has an amazing picture, I have enjoyed messing with the abundance of settings, my favorite being the ability to edit to portrait mode after the fact. The action button on the side is a slick addition and having the ability to change it based on what I will be doing for the day is cool. IOS 17 also has some amazing features that I’m excited to really put to use daily. Overall, it’s very similar to the Iphone 14 Pro, but going from a 12 or 13 or even a non pro model, and taking advantage of some trade in credits is a really good deal, and I personally believe has been a really enjoyable experience.

Switched from s21 ultra and this is the best phone I’ve ever used the iPhone 15 pro max battery is insane I get through the day no problem with my s21 it would overheat and lose battery fast and lag I never have this problem with the iPhone it’s fast the pic quality is amazing just so much better than Samsung never going back iPhone is easily better

AT&T is the worst company ever. Takes your money and then suspends your device for no reason. Save yourself and go elsewhere.

I purchased the phone on 9-25 and it was supposed to arrive on 10-6, but it hasn’t. Therefore, I can’t rate the phone, but I’ll rate the delivery as poor.

No one give me the information to return the trade , and I’m still fight for hours with att..

A bit of a preface, I’m coming from an iPhone 12 Pro and galaxy s23. Like most iPhone updates I would say it’s mostly quality of life changes: more comfortable to hold, faster, better camera, etc. There isn’t anything about this phone that will blow you away in my opinion but these minor tweaks and changes keep the experience pleasant and consistent. While I loved the s23 ultra for the time I had it, I have zero regrets about coming back and iOS is definitely more polished… that’s no secret though.

Nice/sleek. I upgraded from the 12. It’s a huge difference. However I feel like if you have the 14 it’s not worth the change.

We bought this because my daughter hadn't had a new i-phone for about 4 years or so--and suffice it to say it is everything she wanted and more. As you would expect, it functions flawlessly, and has all the features and performance that she could want. The Best Buy rep who helped us--whose name I can't recall, unfortunately--did a great job explaining everything and assisting us with the purchase, and in transitioning her old phone (with AT&T) to the new phone (we stayed with AT&T).

I’ve had it for a little over a week and I love it, so far. Last iPhone was a 12 Max. Greatly improved camera and processing speed. I love that it’s titanium.

this battery last longer than my iPhone 13 Pro Max the camera is awesome love dynamic island notch and with iOS 17.1 on board it makes phone even better
