Customers are saying

Customers recognize the iPhone 15 Pro Max's exceptional camera quality, fantastic battery life, and ease of use as significant strengths. Many appreciate its lightweight design and improved performance, along with the updated USB-C port. While some users noted occasional overheating, the high price point was also a recurring concern. Overall, the positive feedback on various features outweighs the negative comments.

I had a wonderful experience at Best Buy selecting new phone and ipad with Alberto. He was so professional, unbelievably patient and kind. He helped me with everything and I got all the extras. Highest praise for him and store.

Upgraded from an iPhone 8, so it was a massive improvement. Just wish all Apple products weren’t so ridiculously expensive. When you spend over $1200 on a new phone, a charger should be included but Apple loves to nickel and dime its customers.

The main difference I notice from my iPhone 12 Pro Max is the significantly longer battery life. Other new features like the action button and the added functionality to the cut out portion at the top of the screen are minor but welcome.

Great camera. Like having a bag of lenses. This is the first time I ever bought the current model, usually buy a cheaper past model. Somewhat disappointed with the screen size; my wife's $300 Moto is nearly as large in a more compact phone.

The phone works good so far, and the battery life is much better than my previous phone. I received good service from the sales associate. He was knowledgeable about all of the features, and affiliated plans. The only negative item I would mention is that he did not mention/offer charging cords or docking stations. I figured this out after I left the store, and bought them at another store (Target).

I upgraded from an iPhone 14 Pro Max to this model. From a processing speed point of view there is no significant difference. However, the display seems crisper and the cameras are highly improved. I would highly recommend if you are in the market for a new phone.

It’s a nice phone but not much difference from the 14. I only upgraded because my son needed a phone. The camera on the 15 is definitely superior to the 14. Very crisp pictures. Also the action button is a cool feature. Other than that, it’s all the same.

I really like this phone. It was a fairly smooth transition from my iPhone 11. A couple of things to get used to such as answering a call while using the phone but nothing too difficult to get used to.

It’s the basic new things. The camera’s are the most noticable improvement. I havent had the chance to test the ultrawide chip. Battery life, after a month of regular usage, doesn’t appear to be on par with my two year old iPhone 13 Pro Max.

Bought this phone as an upgrade for an iPhone 11 Pro Max. USB-C interface is long overdue. Also came with woven one meter charging cable. Migrating my apps and settings from my iPhone 11 was quick, easy and wireless. Much easier than expectedly.

Love the new weight ❤️I’m upgrading from the 14 pro max the the 15 pro max so it’s not a lot of difference but the weight difference is instantly noticeable an I love it for that I got it in white which I think is the best looking color

Customer service at the Watertown Best Buy is the reason that I get my phones there. The transfer of data from my old phone to the New iPhone 15 Pro Max was seamless (took a long time due to the amount of photos, etc.). The new phone works great and works much faster than my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Highly recommend.

The iPhone 15 Pro Max is as beautiful and sleek as previous versions. I purchased the new natural titanium color, which I love ❤️, but truly it doesn’t matter your color preference. Apple makes a beautiful product every time.

This is my 5th iPhone. I thought it was time to upgrade from my flawless 10. The transition was anything but seamless. I had to change a majority of my passwords. My security camera app is barely useable. I use my phone for my car stereo and with earbuds. I’ve lost 80% of my hand picked music with the error message of “not available in country or region” I live in Las Vegas not Siberia. Oddly it’s available on my previous phone and 2 iPads. After an hour on the phone with 2 apple techs, they have no idea and offered no help but apple is aware of the problem as I’m not the only one. They did nothing but opened a case and offered to call me back in two weeks. I think it’s this phone but they weren’t having that. This experience has been awful. If you’re happy with your current phone keep it. There is nothing spectacular about this clunky phone at all, But they are many glitches and I still own a grand plus on a subpar product. The photos are an example. The unhighlighted songs are no longer available to me. It’s about 700 songs some purchased from apple.

I love getting new iPhones, but this one has been a bit of a different story. After 1 year of use, the battery had degraded a full 11%. It has stuck around that percentage for almost another year now, but it’s kind of crazy that within 1 year, it was only able to hold 89% of its max charge again. Some days, it felt like it was getting me through less of the day than the 14 Pro that it replaced. Just not as impressed with this one as I have been in the past. The USB-C, while convenient for charging with the same cord as other electronics in my house, has an issue as well. If you have a cord that you plug in with any amount of moisture on it, it can fry the port in your phone. If you get the warning of the cord having moisture, it’s already too late. I had it happen one time, and now my charging cable has to be at a certain angle to work properly. Thank goodness for wireless charging still, or else it would have cost $650 to replace the charging components. Be careful with these devices and all future Apple products with USB-C!
