    The phone itself is very nice. Fluid and smooth. IOS freezes and crashes from time to time. Pictures seem to be a lot more grainy that even my previous 13 pro max. Battery dies a lot faster than my previous phone too.

    The phone is ok. I don't like that it doesn't have a sims card. the phone consistently drops calls. I have also had issues turning in my old phone.

    This phone has been having problems since I’ve got it. Phone was extremely hot to the point where it was burning my hand went to return the phone. The customer service representative had me reset it lost the number. Was stuck in Best Buy for 4+ hours. Couldn’t get my actual refund due to their mess up “ internet down.” I really don’t know what to say but I will not be getting a phone like this again

    The associates were very cool very helpful but very unhappy I was told I would have it Friday and by the Wednesday a week after I was not going to keep waiting and have zero timeline of when it would be here

    Upgraded from a 13pro and wasn’t expecting much of a difference but I was wrong. Battery life and camera are great. Was debating on getting a pro vs pro max because I have smaller hands and was worried the larger size would be too much. After getting used to the larger screen I wouldn’t go back to the smaller pro version. Hands down best phone I’ve had.

    My iPhone 11 Pro Max had an unfortunate accident! So I needed a replacement as soon as possible. After looking at AtnT and Apple for the fastest shipment it appeared the wait would be 2-3 weeks! Best Buy's wait would be only 1 week. So I ordered it and was notified after only 5 days that it was ready for pick up! Easy, done! SO GLAD I WENT WITH BEST BUY! The phone takes the most amazing pictures! I am very pleased with this upgrade!
