I feel like there's so many bugs with different apps which need to be closed and reopened in order to function properly.

Never buy a phone from Best Buy!

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I didn’t choose the right size phone, so I tried to return it to the store, however, they couldn’t find my account and therefore I could not return the phone. No one helped. I waited for hours at the store without any progress. I returned to the warehouse by shipping label and the phone was lost in the Verizon system for over three weeks because Verizon had not received update from Best Buy‘s inventory. This caused me to lots of charges related to the device and late fees for a device that I canceled and returned. Do not buy anything from Best Buy. They do not know what they’re doing when it comes to cell phones and they have no idea how to resolve an issue when it takes place don’t be on the phone for hours and hours because something goes wrongly, just go directly to vender!

Don’t trade in your phone

I had to go back and forth between my service provider and Best Buy. I don’t recommend doing a trade in with Best Buy based off my experience.
