    I got a new iPhone 15 plus from Verizon. They sent me to BestBuy th get a screen cover and case. BestBuy had a case that after 2 hrs of examinations was thought to fit. It didn’t, as reveal when the iPhone 6 days old died during a scheduled update that nite. I drove to an apple phone store where they diagnosed the case was too small not right holding down the off button. I got another at the Apple Store where they also reloaded the old software along with the update. That took my whole money and half the afternoon.

    Extremely disappointed: both the very slippery material, and rigid material makes depressing the power, or volume buttons is overly difficult.
