iPhone 15 purchase

With this iPhone and previous Mac mini purchases that is clearly not the case anymore. Both purchases took numerous trip back just to get the apple products functioning correctly.

Good case by Apple

The initial delivery got lost in the mail but Best Buy rep managed to reorder a new one with next day expedited shipping. Their online customer service game is on-point! Very helpful and very professional. However, their retail staff in Chelsea, NYC is the worst. Very disrespectful, unethical and argumentative. Avoid shopping in that location

Not their best..

Negatives: material wears away easily, gets discolored, holds greese/moisture imprints from your hand(s) and magnetic is not strong. Looking at the case, you’d think I’ve had it for over a year because of the wear & tear; it’s been 45 days. In my opinon, its not worth the money. Cheaper case will give you the same result.
