    I love my new phone the experience setting it up however not so much. I did a port out from straight talk to Verizon and was without service for a day and a half but that is at no fault of the Best Buy crew. But other then that I love it

    It’s a good phone gifted it to my wife to the holidays. It’s sturdy but I’ll always put my phone in a case. It’s a great upgrade from the 13 she had previously in all areas.

    iPhone 16 is ok. The upgrade process was terrible. 5 hours to get the upgrade.

    Bought in October , 2024 and since Dec I been having issues with service Had SIM card replaced at Verizon but still calls are dropping n people can't hear me on phone
