What a fun color, works of course its an iphone, batter still going strong, was upgrading from a 13 so it was a nice improvement.

Great out of box product and works great. My daughter has had no issues with the device since she got it.

Good price and does the job, no fancy camera but still good enough

I recently picked up the iPhone 16e, and I have to say—it’s one of the best tech purchases I’ve made all year. Apple packed in a surprising amount of power and polish for the price. Sure, it skips a few premium extras like MagSafe and a high refresh rate, but for hundreds less than the base iPhone 16, it’s a fantastic value. If you’re looking for a modern iPhone that doesn’t drain your wallet, the 16e hits the sweet spot.

Excellent product! The quality exceeded my expectations, especially when upgrading from my old iPhone. It was a huge improvement. The service is top-notch; I think Best Buy is my favorite store because of the support and service they provide. It's the best!

Great product, light weight and easy to carry and fit great in pocket

I had researched the upgrade choices, but didn't want to spend too much. I had an iPhone 7, which suited me just fine, until it would no longer support my banking apps. I was pretty much forced to upgrade. The iPhone 16e fit the bill. I had my original cell phone service transferred to the new phone, pretty easy process. There were some glitches, attributed to my carrier. I switched carriers, got the same month-to-month service plan, and cheaper. I'm pretty happy.

AFTER some initial training/orientation, the phone is working well. Screen a bit larger than previous (iphone SE). Action button is a nice tool. Price more than previous phone but not outrageous. Still learning, but seems like a good phone for a moderate user.

Love my iPhone 16e. Nice upgrade from iPhone 15 and at a nice price. Does not have a fancy camera, but I really like what is onboard for my type of picture taking.

good iPhone, nice camera, reasonable price, easy to use

This was a good purchase to replace an old broken phone. Everything is working well and it was easy to transfer all my data over. Would recommend if you need a new phone but don't want the newest phone.

Phone works well. A little tricky to set up. Had to take to carrier to set up.(no charge). Had 2 weeks and still learning different features. Would recommend.

I upgraded from an SE and wasn't sure about the new technology. As it turns out - I love the features: no home button, facial ID, larger screen, and improved audio / photo quality.
