The battery life and cameras are easily the best things about this phone. I upgraded from a 12 and it is similar in terms of size so there wasn't much fumbling around

The iPhone 16 takes fantastic pictures the quality of pictures is great. My batteries seem to drain faster than normal

Apple is finally continuing to push their phones forward. Now, yes it’s not the greatest phone on the market but it is nice to see Apple trying new things like they used to. And with the 16 Pro I feel like they have really outdone themselves

Best Buy is definitely the place to get your new cell phone and / or watch.. they have everything you need and the geek squad is fabulous getting everything transferred!! Love my cell, my Apple Watch and the accessories I bought !!!

Been working well. Updates are not a problem. There’s no new problems. Except my 12 year-old granddaughter keeps begging for Apple iPhone 16.

I upgraded my iPhone XR to 16 PRO and it was easy to transfer all the info from my old phone to new phone and I love the new phone. Still depends for the tips of new phone to get more info.

We have AT&T service and went to two different AT&T stores. One did not have the phone or watch in stock and offered to order it and the 2nd store did not acknowledge us at all while waiting so after waiting 20 minutes we left and headed to Bestbuy where we found both in stock and we're helped as soon as we walked in the door. We normally buy our phones and accessories from Bestbuy and will continue to go directly to Bestbuy from now on.

Process was quick and easy. Paid online, walked in and grabbed my phone. Glad I didn’t have to sit and wait forever like you used to in store for them to watch you set it up

The guys that came to mount 3 TV’s were great! Ethan Morton-Gaught especially. They booth were exactly on time, performed the tasks in a timely manner. Best Buy needs more Geek Squad Tech’s like them !
