    I love the phone. I only have a suggestion for apple. They should give sone kind of instructions. Us older folks have a hard time figuring everything out.

    Still learning some of the tricks to this phone, but so happy I upgraded with Best Buy. Much better value than a straight trade in with my carrier.

    Been using iPhone since 2011 and this is by far the best iPhone I’ve used. The only improvements needed are the battery life, the length of the charger cord.

    Phone is nice, but truly regret buying it from AT&T rep at Best Buy. I was misled about facts of the purchase and while I take full responsibility for not doing my due diligence, I feel the AT&T rep should have been more upfront with the expense. They had me pay off my old phones to the tune of $877.00, to get the new phones for "Free". Nothing is free in life. I later realized that $500 of that money would have been discounted off had I kept the phone for another 10 months. Never again Best Buy, in the future, I will buy my phones directly from a AT&T store.
