    The product is great, but getting it set up has been a nightmare. Three trips to Best Buy, a trip to the AT&T store and I finally have all the data transferred. But I can't get into my AT&T account.

    Really doesn’t port over correctly takes a long time especially with AT&T which isn’t the easiest to deal with the phone is ok I wanted more

    The iPhone 16 pro is a huge disappointment. I feel as apple has lost it’s innovative edge. I should have purchased the iPhone 16 and skipped the pro this year. I have purchased iPhones since inception and this is the worst upgrade ever. Next year I will probably switch to a phone other than the iPhone. Apple is not the apple it once was.

    Phone is okay. Had XR that was turning into a brick. I have issues with the battery life. It last maybe 12 hours. Not so impressed.

    The delay in receiving the phone has caused significant inconvenience. AT&T prematurely switched my network to the new device, which I did not yet have, leaving me without service and requiring a lot of time and effort to restore it to my old phone. To make matters worse, even though my old phone was fully paid off, it's now showing an outstanding balance, leading to additional frustration and another round of back-and-forth with AT&T customer service. All of this hassle stems from the delayed delivery of the phone, which I still haven't received.

    Verizon Specialist Sebastian Londonociro at the Rockaway store was very patient and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We upgraded multiple phones and transferred a number from one phone to another with ease. He was very friendly and a great help!

    I was indeed happy that I bought my I Phone at Best Bay because I was greeted with a happy friendly face who was willing to help me with what I needed. He answered and explained all of my questions concerning my new phone. Was very helpful and explained all of my questions in a pleasant voice.
