Three trips to Best Buy, a trip to the AT&T store and I finally have all the data transferred. But I can't get into my AT&T account.

iPhone 16 Pro Disappointing at best.

I should have purchased the iPhone 16 and skipped the pro this year. I have purchased iPhones since inception and this is the worst upgrade ever. Next year I will probably switch to a phone other than the iPhone. Apple is not the apple it once was.

Cost to customer with Shipping delay.

AT&T prematurely switched my network to the new device, which I did not yet have, leaving me without service and requiring a lot of time and effort to restore it to my old phone. To make matters worse, even though my old phone was fully paid off, it's now showing an outstanding balance, leading to additional frustration and another round of back-and-forth with AT&T customer service. All of this hassle stems from the delayed delivery of the phone, which I still haven't received.

We upgraded multiple phones and transferred a number from one phone to another with ease. He was very friendly and a great help!

My experience at Best Buy

He answered and explained all of my questions concerning my new phone. Was very helpful and explained all of my questions in a pleasant voice.
