I upgraded from the 14 plus. I like this phone enough. Have not learned the camera settings yet, which is always the most important feature to me. Hoping for great photo results

The iPhone 16 Pro is an incredible device that I genuinely enjoy, especially because of its amazing camera system, the generous 512GB storage option, and its top-tier performance powered by the new A18 Pro chip. The design and new features, like the lighter titanium frame and Camera Control button, feel sleek and well thought out, making it a pleasure to use day-to-day. However, despite all these upgrades, it doesn’t feel like a massive leap from the iPhone 15 Pro — more of a refinement than a revolution. If you’re coming from last year’s model, it might not be essential to upgrade unless you really want the newest experience.

Upgraded from 12pro max yes it was worth it. The max is a little too large for my hands to cross the screen with one hand. The camera is great. Tweak the settings and its amazing. Apps OS runs smooth. Only con for me the the battery life. Im used to the larger battefy capacity but the pro drains a little faster than i would like. Taking pictures/video or browsing the internet would require me to charge after 11-12 hrs into my day. Overall, i love my purchase. Upgrade if you have a phone older than 4 years.

Very responsive, easy to use, impressive display, and works like expected for a quality Apple product. The upgrade from an old iPhone 8 was easy and it moved most of my stuff. Was a few minor things that I had to reenter, but very minor. I love the product so far. Do miss my home button though, but it is just a minor issue. Size is good and still fits in my jean pocket. I do love the edge to edge display. Amazed how great the battery life is. Could go a couple of days between charges if needed. Plenty of memory for my pictures and digital music.

Love the iPhone 16 Pro but activation with verizon was difficult. Phone is light weight and colors are great. Transfer of data was an easy process.

I learned the hard way not to try and use the trade in option Best Buy has with mobile carriers. I have Verizon and they didn’t have the phone and watch I wanted in stock, so I foolishly used the Best Buy app to trade in my old phone and watch. My purchase was ready for pick up and when I got in line, all panic ensued. A “code” was called because there weren’t enough employees to handle customers. The woman handling my trade in told me to keep my phone and I’d be sent a shipping label, but she took my watch. That didn’t happen and Verizon said I had to deal with this from Best Buy or I’d be the one charged. I went in the store and worked with an employee and eventually the manager, Ryan. They called and told me I would be sent a new shipping label to my house. That never happened. No one answers the store phone. I spent over an hour on chat with their customer service until I was told to call their customer service. I was told I could trade in the phone (for a fraction of the cost) with their company and I couldn’t return my products because it was outside of the date. Well yes, I explained to them I work 7 night shifts in a row and they kept blowing me off for weeks. When I told the representative that I needed to speak to the manager originally handling the situation…he hung up on me. In the last 4 months I’ve purchased a 75 inch tv, iPhone 16, Apple Watch 10, AirPods, and screen covers/lens protectors/phone cases through Best Buy. The products in question were purchased 10-23 (less than a month ago). A friend warned me not to give my business to them for this same reason and I didn’t listen. I wish I could return all of my products and spend my money elsewhere, but they’ve made it clear it’s too late for a refund and they aren’t willing to try to fix things. I won’t spend another dime there.

Great phone! Has a lot of storage. It is super fast. Loving the screen size and the new AI features.

As a lifelong IPhone customer, this one doesn’t disappoint. I’m happy with the camera options and the new camera quick access feature. My only complaint is that the buttons are spaced in a way that if I use a tripod to film with the camera, it hits at least one button tripping different features.

I wish I would of kept my iPhone 14 Pro it’s much better then the 16 pro I lost all connection one day due to some outage with Verizon but the people who had the older phones like 14 pro had no problems I am not impressed with the 16 pro I thought it was going to be this great phone the way they hyped it up but I don’t see it Your better off saving your money I had issues with this phone locking up on me and I have to power it off I never had problems like that before the battery life is supposed to be 33 hours I have not found this to be true and I have to charge my phone every night

first and foremost, if you have Verizon, the communication between Verizon and Best Buy to set your phone up is not the greatest. THAT BEING SAID... this is my first iPhone. Coming from android. The device itself is awesome, but this joke of Apple Intelligence is hilarious. It’s as if Apple users don’t know that android users have the wealth of Gemini at their fingertips already. All you need to do is just say "hey Google." Also, the speech recognition device for Apple is severely lacking and compared to Google. The battery life is incredible on this device. The MagSafe compatibility is great. All of the functionality of the actual device is incredible. The Apple software itself for specific tasks just lags in comparison with the ability of Google software at the moment.

This phone is one of a kind it does everything I could think of any much much more. The storage space is so big I can have all the streaming apps and still have room for more video and photos. 10/10

This phone is a 10 out of 10. I didn’t realize how many features they added until I had it. I think I scrolling on Instagram and came across a video talking about the camera control button and was stunned when they said it can scroll to change the zoom size. I also loveeee the black color I was so excited when it was announced and in titanium too!

Sleek, easy to transfer all the info from my old to new phone, and buying online from Best Buy, with one little hiccup, I was connected to my carrier and using the phone a couple hours after picking it up and getting it home. Was surprised to see it’s refurbished. That’s the undisclosed by Best Buy downside

The side camera button is a plus. Long battery life. Not a big jump from the 13 pro it replaced but I do like this phone.

Love my new phone it does so much more than my old phone. Photos are really good.

So far besides the new up date this phone has been amazing

I am really disappointed in this new phone. The pictures doesn’t seem as clear as my 10. It seems to over heat with charging and it almost seems it has too much stuff that doesn’t make it as effective .

Love this phone! Great color and design. Apple 16 Pro is the best!
