    It took way too long to purchase the phone. Then my debt card was charged 2 times because your system must have been down. So I opened a charge card and it was charged also. Had to be on phone to get that all corrected!

    I upgraded from iPhone 15 to the 16 for the battery life and so far is good way better than the 15 for sure other than that the comparison are pretty much the same
