    I absolutely love my new phone! The Desert color is more pink than I thought but it is beautiful. Great experience. Walked in Best Buy to pick up my phone on release day and left with it 10 minutes later.

    The best iPhone I've ever had. The pro max is worth the price. I've had phones since the 3 and this one is my favorite by far! Has the guts to be future proof for several years!

    Not a fan of the silence button.. You have ringer on and it can be pushed in your pocket and turn it off. Should have stayed with the old flip switch. Not noticing anything better than my 12 was except a bunch of apps I wont ever use taking up the memory. Would have returned but I mist it by a day.

    The 16 Pro Max is a fantastic upgrade from my older 11 Pro Max. Could not be happier with my purchase. My thanks to the Best Buy representative who made it easy to move it into my current cellular plan and enable the trade in of my old phone.

    I love my new phone! It’s lightweight and my color (natural titanium) matches perfectly with any phone case! The purchasing experience was way better at Best Buy than it was at the actual carrier store.

    I upgrade from the iPhone 13 Pro Max so is clear the upgrade for me. I used to upgrade every year but I think every couple o 3 years is the best because you can feel the changes
