    Excellent! Great phone and my sales rep was wonderful who helped me transfer my data! Awesome experience. I went first to AT &T store but no inventory so they referred me to Best Buy where I have the Best Experience!

    Not a fan of the silence button.. You have ringer on and it can be pushed in your pocket and turn it off. Should have stayed with the old flip switch. Not noticing anything better than my 12 was except a bunch of apps I wont ever use taking up the memory. Would have returned but I mist it by a day.

    The 16 Pro Max is a fantastic upgrade from my older 11 Pro Max. Could not be happier with my purchase. My thanks to the Best Buy representative who made it easy to move it into my current cellular plan and enable the trade in of my old phone.
