The lady that helped me was fabulous, in and out in under 10 minutes, but didn’t park my wife’s imei so it didn’t take the service from her phone right then, well 4 hours later I finally get back home to my wife and she had no signal the whole time while having the kids at the house. I like Best Buy but come on, it’s really not hard to listen to the customer and ask questions..

Love the phone, but the service is terrible. I have not been able to receive any calls or text messages since switching over and its been 1 month. ATT is unable to assist me with the issue so I am basically stuck paying a bill and my phone off without being able to receive calls or text messages.

Not shabby one bit. Very responsive to touch compared to my old 13 pro max. Definitely worth getting….

My phone was never delivered, it was returned to sender before it made it to me. Now my phone account is messed up because it dhows I purchased a phone and is not available for an upgrade. Best Buy has been less than helpful to resolve this issue. I’ve been working with my carrier and Best Buy yo no avail. Very disappointed

Got the phone and just walked out the door no verification or nothing just walked out , they didn’t activate the phone bc they let me have a number Verizon got

I didn’t personally like it because I thought it was through Verizon instead, I got AT&T

this phone is awesome but fyi won't apple intelligence until October when you update to iOS 18.1 but it shouldn't be a long wait cause October is around the corner but if you can't wait for it you can sign up for apple beta version buy going into your settings and software update and press beta updates you must use ur Apple ID its free and make sure update to iOS 18.1 public beta 2 or iOS 18.1 developer beta to get apple intelligence early but warning if you don't mind bugs go for it hope this helps
