Terrible customer service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.OMG avoid buying any phone from Best Buy! We traded two 14 pro for 2- 16 pro max. 4 hours later and a lot of frustration. The people at the cell dept DO NOT care about there customers and are not informed. Too much to mention, but it was so painful to deal with them. And there attitude was like they could care less!
