    Apple is just Apple. They lockdown their devices way too much still, and iOS 18 is a glitchy mess. I get lockups and this phone isn’t up to par with competitors such as Samsung, Google, etc. as far as AI. Siri is still the basic Siri and for the price I’m dissatisfied trying Apple again. Going back to Samsung and staying there.

    Been wanting this product. Decided to come into Best Buy to look but ended up buying the 16 pro max. Had good customer service, all my questions were answered. I left with a purchase, thank you Best Buy!
