The AI tools are good, but not groundbreaking. Only downside is AT&T processed our trade in phones incorrectly and gave us less than the quoted trade in price, but that’s not a reflection of this product or Best Buy.

My daughter doesn't know how to activate the intelligence setting so to me it is still a dumb iPhone. But does all the iPhone stuff. Good phone
