I really like my new Iphone. Had iphone 13 pro max and I was very excited to get a new model. I like the little button on the side when you can program different commands i like the flashlight. also the ease of taking a photo. little changes but made big difference. The photos do look better and i like that the most. over all great purchase

Each year they keep getting better and better. I would have to say my favorite features of the new iPhone 16 Pro Max after switching from iPhone 15 Pro Max is the camera button the better camera and the battery definitely last longer in my opinion. get the 35 W charger and you can charge up to 80% pretty quicklyI would recommend!!

Switched back to this phone after going android for 2+ years. So happy to be back on the apple ecosystem. Great battery life, awesome camera, and overall smooth operating system. Not nearly as buggy as android.

Good iPhone does not lag and does its job, I upgraded from iPhone 12 Pro Max and I would say I’m pretty happy with my purchase.

While there’s nothing about this phone compared to last year’s release, I still appreciate the fact that it works just the way I want it. It’s fast, takes good pictures, and has all the apps I need for work and play. I’m not a complicated person when it comes to tech and this phone is simple enough for me to navigate without difficulty.

I buy a new IPhone when ever they come out this is one of the fastest and there is so many bells and whistles on it I took me a lot of time to set up all the new features and more to come by the end of the year. Battery last me about 18 hours and I have a heck of a lot of apps on it. Boots up in record speed

Plus, their protection plan was a little cheaper than AppleCare, which was a nice bonus. Final Thoughts If you’re looking to buy a new iPhone, Best Buy is a solid choice, especially if you’re trading in an old device or want the flexibility of different financing options. My purchase was seamless, and I’d definitely shop there again for future tech upgrades.

Customer service was excellent! They did everything to get my service and my phone upgraded and transferred!! I always use Best Buy and will continue! The phone works well! I have used iPhones since the 12 pro max and am always satisfied!

Awesome battery life over older 14 pro. Camera is way better also. AI features rolling out more and more.
