They lockdown their devices way too much still, and iOS 18 is a glitchy mess. I get lockups and this phone isn’t up to par with competitors such as Samsung, Google, etc. as far as AI. Siri is still the basic Siri and for the price I’m dissatisfied trying Apple again. Going back to Samsung and staying there.

Decided to come into Best Buy to look but ended up buying the 16 pro max. Had good customer service, all my questions were answered. I left with a purchase, thank you Best Buy!

You have ringer on and it can be pushed in your pocket and turn it off. Should have stayed with the old flip switch. Not noticing anything better than my 12 was except a bunch of apps I wont ever use taking up the memory. Would have returned but I mist it by a day.
