    Avoid Best Buy at all cost when it comes to buying a new phone or smartwatch. I spent literally 4 hours in the Best Buy store today trying to get mine and my wife's phone and watch activated only to find out their system was having issues and it didnt allow them to give me the phone and watches even though they were literally in their hands. And this was also only found out after the new imei numbers were added to my account and my old devices removed, and I was told by the AT&T rep that they couldn't add my old phone back on there. So now we have no phones or watches and have no idea when best buy will get their act together and fix the issue. I will never spend another penny with Best Buy. This is absolutely ridiculous. They definitely didnt mind taking out almost $4000 for the new devices but yet they can't give them to us bc their system is having "issues". This is year 17 of new iPhones coming out, how is this even still a thing. Absolutely pathetic Best Buy!!

    After using the iPhone 16 Pro Max for a week, I started to notice extreme touch screen unresponsiveness and laggy performance when swiping the screen. A reboot or hard reset would temporarily resolve the issue, but this was only a temporary solution. After numerous software updates, the issue remained. Apple Support ran a diagnostic test and found nothing wrong; though something was clearly not right with my device! The only praise I have for this phone is the battery life was phenomenal. I ended up going back to my trusty and far superior iPhone 15 Pro Max!

    Order was supposed to be in on September 20, what

    Was supposed to arrive today. Placed my pre-order and was given the date of September 20. Took the day off work today so I could pickup my new phone only to find out the shipment was delayed and they seem to not know exactly when it will arrive. Went to the Verizon store and they had the phones in hand. Unfortunately it was unknown if canceling the Best Buy order would free up my upgrade or if it would take over 24 hours or even longer for it to clear off the account. Thanks a lot Best Buy! Guess I am stuck having to wait indefinitely.

    OMG avoid buying any phone from Best Buy! We traded two 14 pro for 2- 16 pro max. 4 hours later and a lot of frustration. The people at the cell dept DO NOT care about there customers and are not informed. Too much to mention, but it was so painful to deal with them. And there attitude was like they could care less!

    Do not believe them when they give you a pick up day i took the day off and they dont even have the item available they need to be held accountable for false advertising
