Upgraded from iPhone XS. Debated between the 16 Pro and Pro Max and ultimately went with the Max for the battery life. I love it!

Awesome equipment iPhone 16, I think this is one of the best phones put out by Apple. Its amazing, I have to tell the phone to shut up sometimes because it thinks for you... Unbelievable....

I liked the camera upgrade, bigger screen size, dynamic island, and ProMotion display on the 16 pro max.

I have never owned an Apple before; I was always an Android girl. My daughter kept asking me to try Apple, and it was very easy to learn. I do like the phone and will stay with Apple from now on.

Love it! I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about the black titanium but it’s really sleek. The phone is bigger than the previous pro max models but not too much of a difference. I can’t wait for Apple Intelligence to see what all it can do.

Purchase this from the lake Jackson locations . Purchased it without a payment plan was in and out . They helped me setup the phone for my current at&t plan . My girlfriend has had it without issues or regrets

Upgraded because our phones were reaching the end of their life and capacities. It’s more of the same. The AI tools are good, but not groundbreaking. Only downside is AT&T processed our trade in phones incorrectly and gave us less than the quoted trade in price, but that’s not a reflection of this product or Best Buy.

The product is amazing. The staff at Best Buy did an exceptional job getting our information changed over to the new phones and got our accounts merged. Would you recommend to anyone?

Upgrading from the iPhone 14 to the iPhone 16 Pro Max has been a great experience. The performance is incredibly fast, and the display is stunning. At first, the new camera control felt awkwardly placed, and the notch on the cases took some getting used to. However, I’ve grown to like the dedicated camera control button, finding it convenient for quick shots. Overall, the iPhone 16 Pro Max is a fantastic upgrade!
