    Upgraded from iPhone 11 and this is definitely an upgrade I usually keep phones for a long period of time and I’m sure this one’s gonna last for years and still be up-to-date. Happy with my purchase.

    Bigger and bulkier than I would like, but it does the job. The store manager was very helpful transferring data from my old phone to the new one.

    My phone often doesn’t charge… my phone would die and wouldn’t even show it was charging. Multiple trips to the Apple Store just for them to tell me it’s a “random” glitch. I should’ve stuck with my 12 Pro
