    I had a horrible experience purchased online night before to get to the store and order wasn’t correct. Then was able to exchange was charged a 45 restocking fee only for the cashier to mess up my AT&T next up where i can upgrade every year all around nightmare won’t ever purchase another iPhone from Best Buy.

    Truly was an awful experience and deteriorated me from joining AT&T because spending eight hours to activate a service is unacceptable on so many levels. This is not the 1812 anymore.

    Hard to review when you never receive the phone. All I received was the box no phone, no charger. Best Buy has not worked with me at all.

    I had a terrible experience purchasing this item, so I had to later return it after all the stress I passed through. I guess it’s was the AT&T was the main issue and not the phone itself
