Fast and light. That's what makes this phone great.

I phone is extremely easy to use and has features I am still learning Battery life is better than expected as long as you turn off apps running in background. Syns great with IPAD. Loving this phone so far.

It's an IPhone. The battery life is shorter, and the phone itself is longer than the IPhone 4/4S. By using the cloud service, my phone downloaded all of my apps, photos, music, contacts, etc. from my old phone without a problem, and within a few hours, all of my data was on the new phone. My biggest complaint is with service providers changing dataplans. Best Buy was great. They helped to set up the phone, and spent quite a bit of time helping me.

Overall great phone, camera is great and the size. Replaces many things and you can even stay organized

Other brands may be almost equal, but the iPhone 5 is still the leader. It is fun to own and has exceeded my high expectations. It is capable of so much that it can use up a full charge of the battery somewhat quickly; however, the battery should last for a long time. It makes owning a smart phone simple and fun!

I have been a droid user for the last 2 years and really didn't want to change but my kids talked me in to it. I was scared of the battery life but I have not had any issues. In fact, I think Apple closes apps better than Droid. Operating system is easy to use but I can't say that it is that much better than droid.

I'd upgraded from iPhone 4 to this iPhone 5 last month. Satisfied overall. The only notable issue is the color of app icons and picture taken has shift to yellow and unnatural. I did some online search and people suggest that I should wait for a while until it "mature" a little. It is not a defect so it is difficult to bring it back to "repair". May be just my personal taste. Other than that, a great phone, camera and music device!

Upgraded from iPhone 4 to the 5.This is an all in one device: call, text, camera, scheduling, reminders, and all that without any apps. iTunes is awesome as I can have all my music at a touch of an app. Love the Wi-Fi printing feature.

Good old iPhone that looks slimmer and works faster. Verizon's LTE is nice to have as well.

Good if your family has already bitten the apple, but competition has caught up. Screen occasionally goes schizo (skitso) enlarging several times and freezes so it's near impossible to reveal red power slide button to turn phone off to force a reboot to fix. This happened on an old 4s with old OS so apparently it's hereditary/endemic to Apple phones. Overall ease of use & familiar functionality keep me biting.

Just got this 5 after 2 years with a Samsung Android phone. Prior to that I had a Apple. It seems that not much has changed and I miss the Android. The Apple feels dated and I miss features from the Droid phone. Apple needs to get newer products out there and drop the price or they'll go the way of their PC back in the 70-80's.

This phone is very easy to learn and use. Lotsa features and apps. Best display I've seen on any phone, photos look outstanding and the camera is awesome. Easily connects with outlook exchange without the need for additional apps. Apple makes great products and this phone delivers the goods.

Love it. Synchs with my iPad. Great for business and pleasure. Excellent camera. Wish video was sent in larger form unless I am not doing something right. Also would like videos to post right to Facebook , but still so easy.

Was on the fence about upgrading from an Iphone 4 to 5 but I am glad that I made the change. It is faster than i have imagined not just the 4G LTE but the phone also. It doesn't get hung up at all and powers though everything. Totally satisfied with the upgrade. Glad I made the change.

Overall, the I phone 5 is greatly wonderful for use...... One big disadvantage is not to correct the spelling automatically but it does show it above the word.....You have to go back and retype the corrected word. The DROID automatically changes the corrected term. I guess I am spoiled from that..... The picture quality is really good!!!!!! I can't evaluate the sound quality due to me being deafness....

I'm a recent convert to iPhones from blackberry after my company moved off the blackberry server. I was hesitant at firsts but really liking the clarity and quality of an iPhone. The video is amazing and there are just so many more uses and apps. Very pleased with it. The camera quality is very professional too!

The best thing about the iPhone is the ease if use. You don't get lost in the menus like some of these other phones. It's my second one and I will never buy another brand.

It is beautiful, light, fast and bettery last a long time. I has good sound and lots of great apps. I do not need much else now that I have this phone with bigger screen.

I love iPhones, I've had them since 2009. The only drawback is that the operating system has been pretty much the same since iPhones came out. The home screen has had the same look forever. But as far as doing everyday things iPhone is perfect and the LTE is super fast.

The iPhone 5 is a good overall purchase. It has good sound quality with a great camera. It is also really good for surfing the web and offers great Apps for the novice user. The Bluetooth works awesome for the car with being able to play music stored on the music app.
