I upgraded my phone from the 4S to the 5. I hate that I have to have all new cords and that the headphone jack is now on the bottom of the phone so it doesn't fit in my armband now. Also doesn't have a long enough battery life and is many times very hard to hear. It IS an iPhone, which is overall good.

Loved my iphone 5! Gave me two great years, and I recently upgraded to the 6!

Came from a Samsung smartphone and there's no competition. Pictures are of high quality, battery life for talking, surfing and apps is excellent. The ability to be networked together and intermingle apps between applieances makes this the only phone for our family.

The best iphone yet. The camera takes great pics and of course the wealt of apps speak for themselves. My one big complaint is that the sound jack should be on the opposite side as it was on the iphone 4.

Upgraded from the IPhone 4S and what a noticeable difference. Best Buy's representative was great - transferred all my data so I was ready to go before I left the store. The Best Buy trade-in program is excellent. I got my new phone with zero out of pocket.

I have enjoyed my iPhone 5 so far. I had the 4 and it was a great phone. If you love Apple products then this is a clear choice. I enjoy how easy the phone is to use. The picture quality is amazing.

Yes, you can say there are better phones out there, but the iPhone five works and connects all.my devises. I'm even able to sync it with my PC. The one thing I would wish for would be a better battery life. Sometimes I have to charge my iPhone every night.

This is my second iPhone (1st was 4). Love larger screen and touchscreen. Also first experience to SIRI. While she isn't perfect on answering questions, but great on commands within iOS system. Meaning sending email, text, setting appointments. LOVE IT,,,

This is overall a great phone and very easy to navigate and use. Great picture quality and availability of apps. The only down side is the touch screen for typing which is tough if you have big fingers or type quickly. I would definitely recommend this phone to others that want an all-in-one device for music, great picture taking, and a huge variety of apps.

I upgraded from iPhone 4 and am very happy with the improved camera quality and with the Siri capability. The talk to text function works better than expected. The phone is fairly new to me still, so still finding features that I didn't know it had.

My only complaint is the lack of a self-timer on the camera so I can't join in the pics I want to take. Everything else seems great with this phone. It is so easy to use and set up, works like other Apple products that I am familiar with. Love it!!!

I was offered money for my old phones if I purchased a new phone.

The phone is great, easy to use, you can do just about anything with this phone and the the new iOS 7 just makes this phone even better. You must buy iPhone 5, 5C or 5S....those models will be better than anything android is putting out there.

I needed to change carriers so I took up Best Buy's promotion for this phone, & am I glad I did. Easier setup, faster call hookups, more options for my needs. Clear sound, better camera, battery seems to last longer. Should've done this sooner.

Very glad I upgraded to this phone from the IPhone 4S. Having 4G capabilities makes web surfing lightning fast, and the phone couldn't be easier to set up and use. Plus, using an awesome trade-in deal from Best Buy made this buy a no-brainer.

Purchased for son. Ideal for text, video chat, internet access and games. Simple to use and update. Apple brand is hard to beat and with software updates, it continues to get better.

Heard great things about the iPhone 5 and have not been disappointed at all with this purchase. Very fast, easy to use, great camera / video. Have owned other Apple products and this is top quality just as all of their other products.
