This is a great phone!! The retina display gives the best display I have ever seen on a phone. I use the phone as a hot spot and get really good speeds on my other devices also.

This phone is easy to maneuver and the features are great. And they made it easy to change features and bigger screen lets me read better! I didnt like the earphone plug at the bottom but its speakers sound quality makes up for it.

Made a great decision to upgrade my phone to this Iphone.

I used to have an old flip phone and I was a little reluctant to make the change until I was nudged many times to make the leap. I'm not heavy on calling or texting but my user experience has been great with the availability of numerous useful apps. However, some apps do take a lot of energy to run and they drain the phone fast.

I have never been a fan of Apple products...not because they're poor quality...more because they generally seem overpriced and overhyped. I got the iPhone 5 after many recommendations from friends and family, and so far have been quite pleased with it. Previously owned Android devices, which worked fine for the most part, but did seem to lock up or act a little squirrely at times. Haven't had that problem in the two months I have had this device. Use it for phone, texting, reminders, calendar, email and internet searches, and battery life has been quite good so far. I have gone over two days many times without needing a charge. Can't wait for the new iOS 7 to be released. Rated phone a little lower on call quality, but can't be sure if the problem isn't with my Service Provider.

I was a little hesitant about not having a keyboard to type my texts with, but I got used to the touch screen right away! This is my first Apple product and I was able to navigate my way around fairly quickly. Very intuitive.

Love this phone. My first iPhone and I could not be happier. Phone, music, email, great apps! Everything a busy mom needs. Storage in the cloud, great photos, keep in touch with social media, check email , I could go on all day.

Was able to trade in my iPhone 5 for my new phone.

I was excited to upgrade from an iPhone 4 to the 5. After a few weeks I was sorry that I didn't just get the 4S. The new connector requires replacing all of you charging cables, or to buy an adapter. The adapter connector is not long enough to use when you have most any protective case on the phone. You must temporarily remove those when using old cables with the adapter. The phone is light and thin, which seems like an improvement, but I think is a step backwards. The 5 feels cheap compared to the 4/4S. For those who carry the phone in the front pants pocket, the size of the phone causes it fall sideways, making it difficult to remove. Lastly I'll comment on battery life, which seems to drain much more quickly then my old 4. I have un-checked most location services and all push notifications, which helps some, but still the battery seems to drain sooner than I think it should.

I purchased this phone with out resigning my contract. It was cheaper in the long run do to changes in the way Verizon handles their updates. The price for the phone was outrageous. But it has still been a good phone. Still not sure I like it better than an android. Some of the apps are better, but not all of them are.

Upgraded to iPhone 5. Had iPhone 4S. New phone is sleeker and lighter which is nice. Camera is outstanding and as with the iPhone 4S, the iPhone 5 is easy to use. The issue I'm having is holding calls when I'm talking to someone. Calls keep dropping randomly and there is a 1 to 2 second pause occasionally that puts the call into no where ville and then comes back to the call causing a lapse in your conversation. Called Verizon and they walked me through "resetting service provider" which seemed to help but not completely. Hopefully other folks will experience this same issue and Apple and Verizon team together for a fix. Also, when you don't need to hook up to wireless, then turn it off. It will save battery life. Apple stands behind their products so the problem will get fixed. They always do but hopefully sooner than later on this one. I would hold off purchasing until they do.

I waited a year after being eligible for an upgrade until this model came out. Yet purchased it about a year later and thoroughly enjoy it. The battery life could improve but very satisfied with my purchase overall.

The phone is not too large, but once I put it into a protective Otter box it no longer seemed so sleek. If I had it to do over again, this is still the phone I would buy.

Great upgrade from iphone 4 very fast lte speeds and good size screen. The call volume and ringers are a little quiet but I'm sure that can be fixed with an app.

Excellent phone. The screen resolution is amazing. Would have preferred a removable sd card for additional memory. Camera is not as good as galaxy s4 but still decent. Could be a little bit wider. Very easy to read text and emails. Otherwise amazing phone I would recommend this iphone to a freind or coworker

Great phone with ability to synch with computer, etc. The Iphone5 has great picture quality, as well as sound. I also enjoy adding the many apps, and it's great how you can organize them by groups. Great phone!!

I think this is a great phone, except for the battery life. It doesn't seem to have much of a battery life-it doesn't last as long as my previous phone, the iPhone 4. I have no other complaints about the phone.

Yes, I would most definitely recommend it..... Decent battery life...clarity in hearing....and basically, an all around fun phone that is great in all areas//

I fought getting a smart phone for ages, but this device has simplified my life immensely. It might not be as programmable as the droids, but it is extremely stable and easy to use. Battery life has never been an issue. The Suri feature is almost worth the cost by itself, because most things can be done hands free. The only glitch was when I updated the software, I lost connectivity, and the phone froze up. After, re-initializing the phone it has been a true joy to own. Also, the new lightning cables are much more fragile, so you have to be careful with them. But if you take normal precaution, you should have on problems. I wouldn't trade my iPhone for any other phone on the market now. So, yes, I would recommend this to anyone.
