I like my iPhone 5 with the exceptions of the problems noted above. I just purchased it at the end of 2012. I need to take it back and have repaired but they need to send it in and you have to wait up the three days for it to be returned. But whats needs to be will be.

The iPhone is my "brain" - not just a phone. I like having all of my contacts, Google maps, apps - such as weather, restaurant reviews, and newspapers, plus alarm and flashlight! It is easy to use and operate. I just wish I could get an iPhone the size of an iPad!

This is the perfect phone for any body, from the moment that you power the phone just a few simple steps and your done. It is so easy to use that you will never need a manual.

The iPhone 5 was my first ever iPhone. I've had a Droid and was trying to decide on the 5 vs. the Galaxy. I enjoyed the Droid OS but with all the hype that Apple was receiving, I had to try an Apple mobile product at least once. I've worked on iPads, iPod, and Macs before but not iPhone. I wasn't a completely newbie with the OS but so far so good. I like the folders feature for us natural organizers but not so keen on the new version of iTunes or the sync feature into iTunes. I'd like to be able to add/delete photos/songs from personal folders easily and it doesn't seem to be. Other than that, the phone is working great. Call quality could be better (had it better on the Droid) but play options are great.

Great upgrade from the 4s. It's lighter larger screen and larger capacity holds more music! Syncing calendars with family is convenient. Love the video chat too.

Great iPhone and happy with the purchase. I like how best buy set everything up for it. I wish the battery life was longer....have to charge several times a day.

My wife and I were informed by a friend when Best Buy was having the trade-in deal with your old iPhone, We were a little skeptical at first and was a bit hasty because we didn't want to lose our unlimited data plan. However, for the trade-in deal it was too much of a deal to give up. It's been a bit of an adjustment for me with having to try and get into free WiFi because so many hoops some places have. But we bought 6 GB and will not be reaching anywhere near that amount in our first half month. I'll have to wait and see what it's like when I'm at work with probably no access to Wifi.

Integrates well with all my other apple products, great product. The quality is what I have come to expect from apple. Camera quality is better than I expected.

Overall very pleased with phone. Size it just rite. Bigger screen would be nice but then you would have to carry something bigger around. I barely notice when it is in my pocket. I have an iPad to so I love the syncing ability between the two.

Good phone, was a former Droid user so this took some getting used to. But I'm a fan of the phone now. Just wish that the battery life was better, poor battery!

Overall very happy with phone. Does freeze sometimes and a little upset at Apple and Google for them making my life miserable with gmail syncing on a IPhone.

Having used several different types of phones, I can't imagine using another brand. I love the screen quality, the phone's abilities, and it's performance.

The Iphone 5 is the best phone I've ever owned. I had the 4S right before it and several Droids prior to that. It is fast and it just works all of the time.

I love my iPhone 5 it does everything I need a smartphone to do. My wife and I love how easy it is to share picture from one phone to another via iCloud.

I use to just have a smart phone until I got the 4 about 2 years ago. Now this 5 is even better. Now they are coming out with another 5c or s Might just have to trade in this one. Iphone is easy to use and sound and picture are great

iPhone 5 made switching to Verizon from U.S. Cell easier for sure, and Apple just has android beat, period.

The iPhone 5 is a significant upgrade from the iPhone 4S. From the camera & picture quality to the battery life, all-in-all it is definitely a step up!

The phone is the right size shape and does everything a need a phone to do.

Love this phone! I went from a basic phone to a smart phone in one leap and directly to the iphone5. I am still learning everything I can do on it.
