Had the iPhone 4s, which I liked, but I like the 5 better. Just wish the battery lasted longer, and that the charger hadn't changed. I have so many chargers for the 4, it's expensive to replace them.

Light and very fast. Easy to navigate and use. Crisp pictures and display colors. And It's an iPhone. What's left to say?

I like the phone a lot along w/ it's features. I'm struggling with battery life. I would recommend this phone to others.

I recently traded in my Droid RAZR Maxx for this phone. I needed a Mac computer for school, and I really wanted all my devices to talk to each other without hassle. In that sense, this phone is excellent. I've had no problems with any features, and it syncs with my Macbook Air and Ipad 2 with ease. The only problem I have is comparing it to my former droid. While I think the iPhone 5 is overall a better phone than the RAZR Maxx, it lacks some customization options that I really miss. I can't change icon size, or spread them around randomly. The ringtones on iPhone are terrible, and most things like notifications or alarms just don't have the same user-friendliness of the droid.

Very user friendly. Lots of apps. Call clarity not as good as I would think. Wish there was a user guide that came with it as things like closing apps had to be learned from other Iphone users.

I like how it is slim and fits easily in pocket. I use it mainly for phone calls, text messaging, emails, music, facebook and surfing the web.

love this phone, my favorite part is the panorama pictures and picture quality. also love the simplicity of the phone.

By far the best smart phone. Yes to use and works. Only issue is battery life.

Just bought this phone a few days ago. I have jumped back and forth between Apple and Android, and after having many issues with my Galaxy Nexus decided to give the iPhone 5 a try. I'm glad I did. The larger 4" screen makes more of a difference than you would think, and the best part is that Apple did not sacrifice pixel density, so the retina display still looks incredibly vibrant and sharp. Pros -The A6 processor really zips along, with almost no noticeable lag when opening apps or scrolling around. -4G LTE is blazing fast on Verizon's network here in Atlanta, however the phone still says 3G on the top corner sometimes when the speeds are definitely 4G. -The phone is incredibly thin and light, with beautiful beveled edges and a classy looking slate back. I was depressed to have to put an Otterbox Defender on this beauty. Unfortunately my profession calls for nothing less. CONS -The charging port is different from all previous models, being decidedly smaller. Apple plans to sell adaptors to the old connection but they don't seem to be available in large numbers yet. Given that I don't own any iPhone docks or accessories yet, this was not a dealbreaker for me but it undoubtedly will be for some. For those people with lots of money invested in docks and cables, it looks like you have two options- invest in the adaptor for $30 or buy an iPhone 4S instead. For what it's worth the new "Thunderbolt" connection seems to charge the phone incredibly fast. I plugged it in at 15% life and it was up to 35% in under ten minutes. -Battery life is not great but serviceable off of 4G LTE. I use it largely on 3G for e-mail, heavy GroupMe (online instant messaging), Facebook, moderate texts, an hour or so of Pandora, and some phone calls and come home with 60% juice left after a 12 hr shift. I have yet to use it all day on 4G but would **GUESS** I'd be close to dead after the same amount of time. -The back aluminum slate colored surface does seem to scratch a bit easily, so as always a case is strongly recommended. -It could just be me, but as far as the main speakers are concerned, the iPhone 5 seems to have a tinnier, quieter sound than the iPhone 4/4S. It simply sounds a little bit crackly when at its highest volume. Surprisingly, the "Earpods" that come with the new phone sound much better than the old earbuds that came with all previous models, and the Siri integration with the Earpods is a nice useful touch. Lastly, as far as a phone is concerned, it appears to perform as well as the other smartphones out there- no better or no worse. Call quality is great in strong signal areas and iffy in weak signal areas. No dropped calls to speak of yet and it manages to hold on to a 3G/LTE signal fine. -The much maligned Apple Maps app sometimes works great for me and at other times leads me to a location roughly a block or two from where I meant to go. Other than that I have had no problems, and Apple claims to be working on fixing the issues as we speak. Still no Google Maps app to be found on the App store. If you have an iPhone 4 or older, this is definitely worth the extra money over the 4S. If you own the 4S, then you won't find a ton different here. Still, this is clearly the best iPhone yet.

Love the new iPhone. Everything is better with the exception of the battery life.

Have had an iPhone for 4 years now, and the switch was so seamless. I love my apple products. Screen is so clear and detailed. Loading time is quick. Functions are easy to find. In my opinion the galaxy S4 looks and feels so much like the iPhone, for what I use my phone for (Emails, messaging, Social media, news, camera, web consulting) why would I want an imitation? Go for the iPhone! I have faith Apple will continue to improve their products and will gain back customer loyalty

Good size. Easy to carry. Picky on reception at times. Overall good product. Would get the next version once released.

Best Iphone to date so far! Screen resolution is outstanding. It's a lot lighter than the 4S. Browsing is much faster!

Overall I like my Iphone5. The quality is improved over the 4S. However they need to work on extending the battery life.

I've had this iPhone 5 for a month now. The second day I had it, the earpiece would not produce any sound. Had to put it on speaker phone. After a couple of power downs, it finally worked again. Went to use it yesterday and the phone would not respond to the home button or top button. Just a blacked out phone. Plugged it in...nothing. After several button pushings, my daughter got it to restore by pushing the home button and top button simultaneously as if you were taking a snapshot of the screen. Glad I bought the extended warranty!

I love this phone. I feel the picture quality has improved and the sound while listening to music also has improved.

Upgraded from iPhone 4 and it was a bigger step up than expected. Quality phone. Easy to use. Glad I made the move.

For most of my computer life I've been pro IBM and Microsoft. I still am in certain business settings. However, in my personal use, I'm Apple all the way. It just works well and integrates nicely with other products. Over the last 4 years have had switched to IPhones, iPads and apple tvs. I am now planning to purchase a Mac mini. If your looking for a phone and plan on getting any other devices such as tablet and or TV addons, I would look into what apple has to offer.

I had the iPhone 4 before so the iPhone 5 has been a nice upgrade! My only complaint is the lack of battery life.
