the phone is a good one for people not to sure of the smart phones and how to use them everything is user friendly.

Finally able to have everything in one device, my music, apps, internet and camera. So easy to use. Just love it.

I love this phone. It is simple and easy to use. It works like you expect it to. Everything else is an imitation.

Battery life far too short. Basic use instructions and navigation tips, packaged with the phone would be great

I purchased the I-phone 5 two weeks before the new I-phone 5C and 5S were released. Maybe I should've waited. This phone does everything my old I-phone does, but since Apple has done the update, the phone seems to want to switch to facetime during a regular phone call. Or, if I try to hold the phone on my shoulder while talking (i.e. multitasking), I will invariably hit the mute button without my knowledge. Other than that, the phone has met my expectations. The other thing that I do not like is that I cannot delete individual texts without deleting the whole person's text. On my old I-phone, I could keep what I wanted and delete the rest.

Great phone, but definitely needs a good case for protection of screen. Very easy to use and quite functional.

Phone is easy to use, easy to see and I love the talk to text and email feature. And, of course, there's Siri!

I'll never go back to android again! I *LOVE* the clarity of the photos, the internet, videos, and facetime!

It's a lot faster. Has a very clear crisp screen. Love that its not completely made of glass. Very light !

Best phone ive had only problem is battery drains somewhat quick But on a plus side it charges quick also!

Not to bad of a phone. Still have trouble hearing people when I talk. Sometimes I'll mute when I'm talking. Good camera though
