Very user friendly! Should of made the switch from Android to Apple years ago!

Writing this review on behalf of my wife who uses this phone even though I bought it. This is her first iphone. She had used a couple android phones that she didn't really care too much for. The primary reason for getting this phone was for reliability but to also see what all the hype surrounding the iphone is all about. After a month of use she kinda wishes she went with the S3 but is still content with the iphone 5. Basically there is nothing special, its just another phone. The build quality is fantastic, however. Love the metal finish.

It was great in the beginning then for the past 6 months I haven't been able to really hear people who were calling me even though the ear piece volume was all the way up

Love the phone. Our purchasing of it was horrible though. Terrible experience with clerk at Best Buy. Shopped Best Buy to take advantage of a sale, it was a good price. We like the product very much but our entire purchasing experience was a disaster. After completing a survey the store did follow up with us but we still felt very disappointed with Best Buy. Likely will not return.

It's an iPhone nothing spectacular faster lighter better I'm sure there are a million better reviews. Battery life is the only thing lacking

I was torn between staying an Android user or switching to an iphone 5. After a lot of research, I decided to switch to the iphone 5. I was tired of resetting my android once a day. After a month of using the iphone, I've determined that it's a great phone but it does have the "one size fits all" aspect. There is no way to customize it like an Android. Overall, it serves my need.

Super for business & personal use. Functions are great & easy to use. Upgrade is & was easy, service at best buy was very good & attentive.

The IPhone 5 is an excellent phone which looks great and is packed with features. Call quality is excellent and the battery seems to last a long time before recharge. Being new to the Apple family, I could have used a basic set of instructions on how to set up the various features. None were included in the box. Instead I had to purchase a supplemental manual from a bookstore.

Had an iPhone 4 and this one blows it away. So many little things are better

Love it! It is very easy to use and has all the bells and whistles I want!

Got my new Iphone 5 and (of course) had to get all new accessories because the new size and lightning connector means nothing I used for my Iphone 4 would work. That's typical of Apple and one must expect it whenever changing to newer gear. I think the new lightning connector is a worthwhile change because I find it MUCH easier to insert while my Iphone is in its case.

Good phone, excellent camera but Apple should not have changed to connection to electric appliances (stereo radio, wake up radio, etc).
