I am very happy I waited for the '5'. It has all the things I need (and then some) for both work and play. The only criticisms I would have is that I thought the camera would be sharper and, if I raise the phone quickly, Siri wants to help me. :-) But I still give it a strong 5 star.

I have always used an iPhone since the very first iPhone.. The only one problem I am finding with this phone is that when I am on it, it will start calling someone else or the side of my face will disconnect the phone... Very sensitive phone. I love the App Store and iTunes....

I liked the 4s but the upgrade made it worth it. As for the screen size or anything else, that didn't really matter to me. I don't need a larger screen or any of the other junk the other phones can do. The phone on this is great and for what I use it for it does what I need.

Great phone for a good price. Have not had any problems with it so far. The only thing that I can say negative about it is that Apple changed the connector on the phone so none of my existing adjuncts/cables work with the Iphone5. Other than that I am pleased with the phone.

I had a Samsung for many years and was loyal to Android. But, when my contract was up, I thought I would make the switch to Apple. Overall, it's been great! There are just a few things that aren't entirely user-friendly, but it's probably just my familiarity with Android.

I did have a hardware issue after purchasing (one month). Apple was very accommodating and replaced it. Backing up functions can be a little confusing and I lost some pictures in process. But otherwise I use it often and don't function well without it. A great product!

I'm a first time smart phone user. I have found the phone very easy to use, if I get stuck on an operating function there are plenty of community groups to help. The device has gone beyond my expectations. I have actually found Apple maps easier to use than google maps.

This is a fret phone that is easy to use and does everything I need it to do.

After one month of use the iPhone 5 is operating just fine. Battery life is acceptable (lasts a good long day with average use). Call quality is very good. The display is great. Overall a very good product.

First time cell phone customer who decided to stick with Apple since I used an iPod for years. Couldn't be happier as I have nice coverage and it streams Netflix without buffering. It works just like my old iPod so this old dog didn't have to learn any new tricks.

I do like my iphone but for the money it should have a better battery life.

I was very unhappy for the first week because it kept hanging up when I answered calls. After 2 trips back to the store and one to Apple, I got a new phone and now things seem to work right. The insurance policy at Best Buy was so much better than at Apple...

Currently trying to adjust from a Droid to Iphone, so everything is new to me....not Iphone's issue, but mine. So far I do prefer the set up and operating system of the droid better. Small thing, but really liked the Weather/Time Widget on the Droid, was a large icon on the front of my phone nad a great quick reference. Much harder to see time, temp, etc on the Iphone

Ever since the iPhone came out, I always wanted one but it was limited to AT&T. Because of this, I stayed with Verizon and kept with the Blackberry. Now that VZN has the iPhone, I've never looked back. This is a great smartphone that's attached to me 24/7.

Nice upgrade. Enjoy apple products! Easy to use. Camera is nice too.

I owned a 4s, but thought I would give the Galaxy s3 a try...I do not like or use MacBooks or computers, I prefer PC... So I thought I'd try a phone with a similar usability.. WRONG!! I wanted to get rid of the galaxy the next day.. I LOVE the iPhone!!

Fully intended to wait for the new iPhone debuting in September, but am very pleased with this one. Excellent display without the bulk of the Samsung Galaxy. Battery life is better than expected. Camera far better than many standalone digital cameras.
