It is a good phone overall. Good camera and physical built quality.

I Finally have a smart phone and I think I have done really well learning how to use it. Some of my family was doubtful but they were wrong!! This phone is great! Very pleased we chose this one!

Performs as expected plus I got it on a promo price of $149 so I saved $50/ea. and since I bought 4 of them that was a significant savings. Timing is everything! I showed the Otterbox commuter cover but purchase it online as it is much less $$ than BB.

Absolutely love my iPhone. I had a Samsung product before and hated it! It would lock up, freeze, drop calls, miss calls and text messages. This is my second smartphone and I would definitely recommend an iPhone to anyone looking for a new phone.

Overall, best thing about this phone is that I got a great deal on it. Paid 149.99 for it but then traded my old IPhone 4 in for 150. Ended up only paying tax for it. You can't beat that.

Switched from an Android to the iPhone 5 and have really enjoyed the decision so far. Tons of free, handy apps and actual 4g speeds (I also switched service providers). So far I love it.

All in all, this phone is a great improvement from the iphone4. The iTunes music even sounds better than the 4. They moved the aux jack to the bottom of the phone, which most of the time I like. Great phone and will continue to buy iPhones!

Overall the phone is great but some competitive models (Samsung) have definitely come to play. I think it may be the software I had to load for work but if u don't enter your password correctly in 3 attempts it wipes you clean! My 2 year old got a hold of it and set me back 2 days.

The thing that stands out most about this phone is the camera

My first Apple product and I love it. Got one for my husband and I both, and we wouldn't trade it for another phone. We have clarity when on the phone and love the fact that it has GPS also, cause we travel. I would recommend this to anyone.

Absolutely love the IPhone. I had the IPhone 4 and just upgraded to the 5. The only problem I'm having is a signal in my house. I had no problem with IPhone 4 but do with IPhone 5.

Love the iPhone, long time android user switched to the iPhone. There is so much you can do with it especially if you have a Mac or iPad. Love the iPhone to iPhone stuff you can do

I love it I can search the web on 4G easy and fast. I am impressed with the call quality it is loud and clear. It has more than enough data to save all my pictures and download my apps. It is by far the best phone I have had so far.

Crashes sometimes but great cam. Glad I bought this phone

This is my first smartphone, and I really love all the features, especially icloud, and Siri. I had an iPad, so it was easy to transition to this phone. I am still learning how to use it, but marvel at how much I depend on it already.

This is easily the best phone I've ever owned. I liked the Droids I owned prior to this phone, but each one had one or two critical issues by the end of the phone life. Thus far, I've encountered no issues at all with the iPhone.
