Any issues I may have are with my carrier. The phone is excellent, Apple tech service has been great working with my carrier issues. The device is superior.

It's a great phone, and the iPhone 6 will be great when it comes out too. Apple puts out solid products, you're never risking anything when you buy apple. It may be a little spendy but you're paying for reputation and reliability. Enjoy!

i was a sworn android user, while i still love android i found the iphone was easy to figure out how to use. although pricey, the phone is worth the price

Hesitated to buy iPhone because I was convinced that other operating systems were better. Totally wrong. I wish that I would've bought iPhone 3 years ago.

I have always had an iPhone and by far this is the best one. The sales rep at the best buy store also made the purchase very easy. In fact we held off on going to another store just so we could work with the rep at the Broomfield store.

Siri is not my favorite part of this phone. She doesn't always understand a simple command. I like the other elements of this phone vs my previous phone.

Applications are constantly being debugged and changed so things are constantly changing. It also feels like the icons are really difficult to choose w/ the tip of my finger. I like it overall but those are a few things that bug me.

I didn't know if I would like owning an Iphone but I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to use.

Love this phone, perfect for work and personal. Nothing I don't like. Will continue to buy over and over....far surpasses Samsung Galaxy 4S I just had.

Best buy had a trade-in special program to turn in an Iphone4 & get an Iphone5 for free with a 2 year contract renewal That deal made it worthwhile.

I jumped from an Android OS to Apple.s iPhone. A whole new world opened up. It is a delightful experience.

Great phone; work great with all my other Apple products. I can sync my iPad and iphone along with my MacBook so all my Apple products are in sync.

Best iPhone so far, 4G speed rocks!!! Would've been nice if charging cable for iPhone 4 was compatible.

My son is the one who is using the phone most of the time. He had the insurance from Best Buy because he thinks that is a better protection plan.

Overall a great product for an Apple fan like me. I does everything I need it to do without any issues.
