Like the phone overall. Big improvement over IPhone 4.

Over all its a great phone. I'm very happy with it.

The Best buy chic transferred my contacts and lost them all. It took an hour to buy the phone from this girl. The team members have a snotty attitude and don't look at you. The bigger screen on this phone almost make it a two handed phone since my thumb can't reach the top features with out the phone feeling like it is going to fall out of my hands. I have a thumb cramp by the end of the day. When I talk over this phone people can't hear me half the time unless I flip the phone and talk into the bottom of it. I would never buy this phone again. The iphone4 was a much better phone.

Only phone on verizon that you can't use internet while talking on phone unless on wi fi. Background noise loud while using bluetooth headset in loud background. get 2 calls and one hangs up wont clear 2nd line untill you hang up then clears both lines.

I do NOT like the iPhone 5 and am seriously considering returning to my reliable iPhone 4. I use the Fox News app a lot while home, and the video portion continually crashes. The worse problem is the wi-fi connection: the 5 will only access our wi-fi when I am close to the router, while the 4 can access the wi-fi from anywhere in my house. I've resorted to using my 4 as the device to use around the house, and only use the 5 for phone calls. I've been to the Genius Bar at the Apple store twice, and they've replaced my original phone, but they have no solution to this problem. Don't waste your money upgrading to this phone!

I bought my first Apple iPhone 5 about a month ago, and was surprised at how fast the battery gets used up when searching for a signal. Today, the phone is in a constant "searching" mode even though my wife's iPhone 4S shows a strong signal. This seems to be a bug in the iPhone 5, and I don't know how to fix it. I will just return the phone and hope that it doesn't happen to the next one. I should have listened to my son who told me to go Android instead of Apple!

1. so difficult to listed to voice mails 2. difficult to add to address book 3. call records if I click it automatically called. I am not liking it that much. Iphoneuser

It's ok if you think this for work don't use it but for fun it's ok and don't use iTunes why pay for things when they are all free online

I bought this phone for my daughter for Christmas and as of the middle of January, she is already having problems with it. Whenever she calls someone, they can not hear her..They have to call her back for it to work..She is traveling right now but will be at Best Buy as soon as she returns to bring the phone in for a replacement..Very disappointed in this purchase.

Honestly its a waste of money if u own an iphone already.

The iPhone 5 is not an overwhelmingly innovative phone by itself, since it's relatively similar to the previous iPhones with the main differences being the screen size and LTE receiver for faster cellular data speeds. But it is also thinner and lighter and not too difficult to still use with one hand. iOS is always going to be more user-friendly to the masses and so unless you need raw functionality or customization, you can't go wrong with the decent camera, fluid scrolling/animations, and accessibility to your iOS apps/downloads. The battery life is always going to need monitoring depending on usage. I don't always drain the battery within the day but I still charge it at least once a day.

So I upgrade from my iphone4 and I was so excited. But after one day it felt like I had the iphone 4 still. I had a otter box defender cause and people couldnt even tell it was a iphone5. So I decided to return it and try the Samsung galaxy note 2! Best return I've ever done!

Previously used iPhone 4 and switched to iPhone 5 few months ago. Maps- I would not too much worry about it, it works GREAT in U.S. but for other countries I suggest you guys to use Google Map. Speed- Faster than iPhone 4! no more delay when browsing! Weight- compare to iPhone 4 it's REALLY light, try to compare it at local BestBuy. Camera- iPhone 4 camera was great too, but for iPhone 5 it's phenomenon! panorama feature is my favorite! Battery- I'm not heavy texter/talker but it gets a job done! I would say it would be able to hold up for a day with heavy use, for moderated usage I would say It would hold up for 1~2 days Lightning connector- I would suggest you to buy Lightning to Micro USB connector and carry with Micro USB charger, that way you won't be able to worry about breaking USB cable! (Micro usb connector is cheap to replace!) Screen- I personally do not like big screen, I felt 3.5" was small but 4" is perfect for me! --Issues with it-- WIFI issue- loses connection on Linksys E4200(broadcom chipset) and some slowdown problem, I believe it has been addressed by other users too, research about it if you are concerned! Scuff around corner- Mine had 1 scuff (stonechip) near power connector area, I believe quality control is better now, it was only issue for first few month after introduction of iPhone 5. The biggest step up for iPhone 5 Verizon model- It has Nano Sim card tray for international use! Verizon iPhone 5 is factory unlocked even you buy with 2 year contracted, so you will be able to use it oversea when there is GSM nano sim available. I'm using this phone for few months, and I love it! there's almost no downside of it other than what I addressed in this review, Let me know If you have any question about it!
