This is my first Smart Phone and I found it very easy to use. I also have an Ipad and IPod and that made this transition easy but even without these other devices, the IPhone is pretty intuitive. One thing I don't like that to protect the phone properly you need to add a bulky case. If you don't and you run the risk of breaking the glass or other damage.

This phone is awesome. The processer is super fast,even with iOS7. 4G LTE through verizon is amazingly fast as well. There really is no downside to this phone. The camera could be a little better and some of the other phones on the market have a better camera. However, I don't use the camera that much and when I do it works well enough for me.

This is my first iPhone and so far I am very happy with it. Previously I had been using a Samsung phone, and I have found the iPhone to be better in almost every way. It's easier to use, the battery lasts longer, and I don't have issues with apps freezing, closing, and slowing down my phone. I'll be an iPhone user for the foreseeable future.

I have owned many of the iPhones over the years and this one is just like the others, (but thats a good thing). The reason I continue to buy iPhones is because they last, and so far this one is no different. The only real complaint I have about it is the battery. I use the 5 in the exact same way as I used the 4s, but I find that the battery in the 5 last about 1/3 less than the 4s did, (especially in LTE areas). Overall if you love the iPhone 4s, then you will not be dissapointed.

Faster on the apps but drains battery faster, too. So far, very nice and some upgrades to the I-phone 4 including Siri!

This phone was a welcomed advancement from the iPhone 4 and 4S. The larger screen needed to be introduced and now was a great time to do it. It isn't overly large like many Android phones making the device feel clunky in your hand nor is it too small like previous iPhones. It really is the most usably sized phone I've seen to date. I've used the iPhone on AT&T for years and been very happy. I was talked into changing to Verizon and have been very regretful of that decision since.

overall a good phone with pretty good picture quality, easy to use just a little hard to read print on internet sites.

I was an iPhone 4 user for over 2 years and thought there was not enough difference to upgrade to the iPhone 5. Wrong!! when i started using it I saw many differences that I was glad I upgraded. I especially like it having the hotspot so I can run my i Pad and several other item thru it when I am away from WI Fi. Siri is fun to play with but on the serious side it is a great asset to have as it is very useful in making calls, setting alarms for wake up, dictating messages etc.. I like the speed of the 4G over the 3G, a very noticeable difference. As for battery life I have no problem with it. I am not a heavy data user so I can generally run 2-3 days on a charge. The more I text and play games the shorter the life. I am very happy with my new iPhone 5.

Traded a new android in for this. Just a very smart setup. So easy to use and does everything I need and more. The camera is very quick and taking videos is fun. Sending text messages is easy using Contacts. Receiving calls with one click is good. Moving apps around is simple. It is just a much more intuitive phone. Love the iPhone.

iPhone 6 has Apple pay and more memory. If you do not want apple pay or need a lot of memory, it is a great iPhone.

Great phone for a great price. Apple iPhone 5 user interface is very intuitive. Phone has a great camera as well.

I have had this phone for a month and I love it. I went from an old slide open to text phone to this and even at my age was able to play with it and learn how to use it's many helpful features. I am hard on my phones so I bought the otter case which makes it kind of bulky but for me it is worth the extra bulk to keep my phone safe.

I recently replaced my LG Lucid with the IPhone 5. What a difference! This phone is amazing. Texting is easy and Internet speed in phenomenal. Battery life is so much better than the Lucid. Storing and playing my iTunes library is a huge bonus with this phone. Very impressed with the voice quality of phone calls too. Get one!

I love my new iphone 5, large screen, awesome camera

This is my first smart phone. Although I am far from being a novice with technology, it is comforting to have a phone that makes the transition to being a smart phone user as easy as possible. Photos look great, service is good, and there is an abundance of unique cases online to choose from due to the phone's popularity.

First apple product ever. Nice looking home screen.Takes great pictures and is easy to use. Still learning.
