Great service, Love the store and great prices....

This iPhone is the same as the 5s just in color and plastic . The camera is what disappointed me quality and size are very poor and would much rather have bought a galaxy if I knew about this before. Other than that the phone works great run smoothly .

.......... I have not taken it back yet but the the phone emits a screeching sound during calls. Not sure if it is the phone, the case, or what. Very annoying and it detracts from the overall performance of the phone

This thing died early on in its life. Never found out why it died or how to recover anything from the phone. Apple was not much help either.

Easy to use for a novice and not so novice people. Limited in ability to change things in settings that other phones can do. Does the trick for a smart phone user.

Do NOT like this phone. It is not simple to use as stated when I purchased it and certainly does not stand up to the previous phone that I had!

OVERALL WHAT'S NOT TO LOVE ABOUT HAVING AN IPHONE FOR APPS. BIT THE 4S TOUCH SCREEN IS SUPER SLOW..IM A GALAXY FAN...NOTHING TOPS THE GALAXY

Great phone just wish it was sturdier cheap plastic used to protect such a great phone makes me nervous that if I drop it I'll break it

We bought this phone for our daughter and it works for her since she is a teenager. Overall she is happy with the phone.

It won't let me use anything while I'm on the phone, also nobody can ever hear me when I'm talking.

Overall I like my device, but some features are not of the quality I would like.

iphones are inferior to samsung galaxy 3 and 4 phones. why did I buy this one?

First of all, don't sign up with Sprint! Worst phone company ever! Secondly, it is almost impossible to find a decent case for this phone. The battery life is less than impressive as well, almost makes me miss the 4.

Phone works well, except for issues with both the microphone and speaker. Problems are intermittent, which points to manufacturing quality issues. Warranty should be longer if quality was better.

First of all the people at best but are very rude and slow they have so many customers and 1 person working at the mobile center. Then the guy I had had no idea how to activate my phone and my Phone keeps messing up and I had my receipt and everything and they wouldnt even help me out at all and I got geek support or whatever and they wanted like 250 to look at my phone and see what's wrong and to replace it was going to take 3 weeks and so I would be out a phone for 3 weeks it's straight JACKED!!!

I liked the slimmer design hence I didn't get a case but the back does scratch easily. I dropped it on a wood floor and the screen even popped out.

This phone freezes on me when I am in an app and someone calls. Then it shuts down completely. I have trouble hearing people and vice versa. The glitches started as soon as the 14 return policy was up. Very unhappy with this purchase. My friend told me to get a galaxy but I didn't listen.

Would not recommend unless you are real close to a cell tower

I'm not that fond of this phone, however I will stay true to apple products regardless.

Kinda got vary mad because they did not have the color I wanted I wanted red or yellow and they gave me blue
