I love how fast it is using the Verizon network. However, I think I am going to have to take the phone to my local Apple Store because the touchscreen is not as responsive as my 4s was. Still great iphone though.

Great phone. No issues except for the sliding up of the utility part to get to the flashlight. I don't know where else to find it and sometimes i have a hard time sliding up. Could be the case I use. Nothing big.

I was used to the size of the Ipad and still have trouble adjusting to the small size of the screen and keyboard on the phone. I would have swapped it for something larger if it were available, but it isn't. It is a wonderful phone, otherwise; love the FaceTime feature.

My son pressured me into upgrading my phone to the Apple 5C. Best Buy was offering a deal that I could not pass up. I am glad I switched. The people at Best Buy made it easy and were very patient with me.

Faster than my old 4, which was sluggish after upgrading to iOS 7

My brand-new iPhone 5c did not charge. Actually, it DID charge...it just took 5 hours to reach 100%. I had to contact Apple and they sent me out a refurbished one, which is bull considering my brand-new one was only 1 week old.

Totally love the color options available for 5 c....it was hard to find the phones in stock at first but now plenty are available

This has been a helpful tool. Also, when we need help, there are others who are willing to share their knowledge about this phone's different functions. Many other people have chosen this phone make and model, so there are p-lenty of people to help us.

my daughter dreamt about this iPhone for months and when she got it on Christmas, she knew everything about it, within a day or two had the phone fully customized as her fashion accessory…never seen anyone enjoy a piece of technology so much!

The phone is ok...nothing's too special about it. A little ridiculous that it does not use the same cases and covers as 5 and 5s and there are so little options for this phone!! Love the sleek design and lively color...hate that you can't find accessories anywhere.

Excellent phone for price! It's basically the iPhone 4S in color!! I love apple products so I'm a fan they finally marketed something you can run, walk, talk, FaceTime, listen to music and much more without a pricey dollar sign next to it!

This is a great phone for the money, it doesn't have a finger print reader but it is still very fast and reliable. The user interface is very easy to use and pick up by a non user.

I wanted a cellphone that was small enough to not get in the way but big enough to be able to see text. Text can be enlarged. This I like. The iPhone 5C is faster than my old 4S. That is sometimes an advantage for me but not a necessity in my case;.

I love how at BB they transferred my contacts and the Geek Squad helped my wife and I with questions and even suggested a couple apps.

This was a gift for my mom, she is in love with it. Upgrade from iphone 4 8gb. She lives by it, she almost runs her business from it.
